Checkout was quick. Because I got a remote, corporate job, I needed to return these a few days later. Gavin was at the register & was very friendly & greeted me immediately when I came in. Customer service, especially considering it was grand opening week, could be a lot better. There was a young girl at the front of the store that seemed to completely avoid eye contact with me. She was, for some reason, holding an Under Armor reusable shopping bag, but wasn't giving anything away. I walked about halfway in the store and looked back to see if it was just me, but she was literally avoiding interacting with everyone that entered. I got the feeling that she was a new hire that either didn't want to be there that day, or her parents forced her to get a job. Regardless, it was a bad first impression for this new store.
