The absolute worse shoe store and company around. I haven't been in there in over a year because of the horrific service. Took my daughter there today to buy these $200+ shoes. They treated us like garbage. I begged her to get her money back. You could spend a grand at Finish Line and they will still treat you like crap. Save your money and go to foot locker. I would rate this store a 0 star if it was possible Honestly do not go here. If you have a problem with your shoes you buy and it's clearly a manufacturers defect they send you around in circles about it and then say "we will take care of you" this translates to we will play games with youu, have attitudes when asking to complete the checkout process and say after everything is finished that we can't give you $10.65 in cash or credit your account. Oh and here's the best part I can't get a receipt because the product I originally purchased was defective. Thanks for poor service, attitudes, and running me around in Circles. I visit this store at least 4 times a year and have spent a lot of money here. I have always been happy with the staff, they are patient and very helpful, I have two very picky teenage boys. Today as always I gave my sons a budget. My oldest picked out a shoe that said 25% off which gave his younger brother enough extra money to buy the more expensive pair. They did not ring up that way. The young man that waited in us was trying to be helpful and got his manager to adjust the price. The manager would not do it because the one on display was not marked on sale. After I pointed out that I was buying a more expensive second pair because I thought those were on sale he said well there's not supposed to be and got a pair of scissors and cut the price and sale tag off. He was not very polite about it. I still bought them but walked around the mall and got more and more upset about the poor customer service, found them on Amazon for $30 cheaper and took them back. When I returned them, Zach picked a fight with my son. I will not give them any more of my money. We will try them on at the store and order them online for now on. read more

I usually go here to get our families shoes. I am getting tired as to having to order what I need as it now has become constant problem with them. They never have our sizes. Then to be told I would have them on time for my son's first day of school last year and recently for my first day of work and when I get an email as they said I would it says they wont be here on time. This last time was the last straw. Shame on me for spending $180 for a pair of shoes, (what was I thinking!!),, shame on Finish Line for lying yet again on delivery, as they lost us as their longtime customer. Taking my shoes back as I had to buy another pair (which were cheaper and more comfortable by the way) to have the first day on my job. FYI: Contacted Corporate and got no resolution, just an apology letter of over disappointment. Update: Went to return shoes and the credit system was down, couldn't credit my debit card and they wouldn't even refund my money. Instead now I have to make the 1/2 hour drive back to return them today and lets hope they have their systems up and running. Never again!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!! read more
