The agent basically told me you are out of luck anyway and I cannot help you in a very very inappropriate tone as in extremely rude and very high pitched voice. I didnt even have a chance to get a word in. The agent is ART and its a call center so Im sure nothing will be done to apologize for the way I was treated.

That said, they did have our information in a box for after hours check in. The bathrooms were great, spacious, clean and plentiful. The showers have great water pressure and adjustable shower heads. They're right next to the laundry that looked to be $3 a load. We had a back in waterfront location and it was great to be able to just hop in the water. There's also a few marinas and a pool on-site. We ran out of drinking water and were a bit bummed there wasn't a water refill station and the office was closed which I believe is where the store is. It's dog friendly and had a small dog park.
