Don is very knowledgable and was super patient to work with my inconsistency in swings to find the best fit given my needs. My goal was to find a setup that would improve height and spin so that I could get the balls to stop quicker on the green. Don helped tremendously to identify issues in my swings that caused balls to continue rolling, and gave me tips that quickly helped fix the low pull/draw ball shape. I was able to change my swing path from 5-6 degrees inside out to 1-3 degrees outside in to hit fades/baby-fades to get the ball in the air more. In the meantime, Don was able to suggest both iron heads (P790) and shafts (UST Mamiya Quantum) that gave me better consistency and stopping power. While we had a little more time, Don even went out a limb to help me to try some 7 wood heads and shaft to see if I could get stopping power out of that. Don also followed up via email with more suggestions to help me. He's a true gentle man and great expert.

Short story long , my crossbar came off while I was driving one day and made the craziest banging…read moresound. I thought something happened to my rear suspension, but when I got home and was walking up our stairs, I looked back and realized the crossbar was completely detached. Sorry to whoever was driving behind me that might have caught a stray screw. Fast-forward to today. I had some of the parts, but definitely not everything. I walked into The Rack Spot with the crossbar in hand, and Joe came out from whatever he was working on in the back of the shop , I think it was some Tesla garbage , and completely stopped what he was doing to help me out. He found the part I needed and had the crossbar installed within minutes. He also recommended getting some locks for towers, installed those too, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I've been a member for over 20 years and think I am using the club more now than I ever have. I am really happy with the changes you've made over the past 5-10 years, and I feel like you are consistently getting all the little things right that add up to big things for me and keeping my membership. The locker rooms are always clean and well taken care of, the pools and hot tubs are pristine, the employees appear to be genuinely happy and engaged, and are super friendly, and the customer service is great when I've needed it. My daughter and I truly enjoy coming here just about every morning, and I think the operations of the club are a big reason why. Kudos! Also side note, I love the World Cup decorations and little fun festive things you've done around it (like the fish bowls for voting for the team you think will win). Things like this are nice ice breakers that make us look forward to talking to the folks at the front desk, and the relaxed, fun vibe motivates us to come in every day. Cryo chair, body massager, compression boots and more. Its much needed after a workout. Few things they can improve on : They just recently switched out the chairs in the business center. The current chairs are not meant to be here. They are too low and proper chairs should be put here for working. They have the good office chairs in the Touchdown rooms; they should have it everywhere. We pay too much to not be comfortable and at regular level height. Womens Restroom area- They should have a proper lounge area somewhere in the area even if its just a small seating area to relax in after a sauna session or pool. The SF location has a nice seating area with a TV and there is also a quiet room where you can lay down. This location should think about adding this in there. Much needed. The workout classes they have are great and pool jacuzzi area is great! They should do monthly food events or other type of freebee things for the members here. As much as the membership is here, more needs to be done for members. Itll be a nice touch for sure.

After about 5-weeks of training w/ Sensei Andrew and other students, my golf stance/posture/swing has improved significantly and I actually played my best round of golf last weekend! I have also seen the improvement in my kids behavior since they started learning Kempo, both from a disciplinary and confidence boosting point-of-view. I will always remember what Sensei Andrew told me from day one -- "don't think...feel", as I am continuously working on applying that mindset to my daily activities in life (whether it be work, golf, kids, etc.).
