My fiancée got me a full fitting at Club Champion as a gift and honestly? Life-changing. I walked…read morein not knowing what to expect and walked out a completely different golfer. They paired me with Don McCleary and let me tell you, this guy is the REAL DEAL. I'm a lefty and so is Don, so right away we were vibing. He didn't just go through the motions, he genuinely wanted to find the perfect setup for my game. You can feel that energy from the jump. We went through EVERYTHING. Driver, hybrids, woods, irons, even putters. The whole bag got the treatment. Don was dialing in every single club with so much attention to detail it was unreal. My ball flight is finally where I've wanted it, I'm getting distance I didn't know I had in me, my putting stroke feels dialed, and my confidence is through the roof. Club Champion is no joke. The technology, the data, the expertise, it's a golfer's dream. And Don McCleary is the guy you want in your corner. He doesn't stop until you're walking out of there with the absolute best fit possible. If you're even THINKING about a fitting, stop thinking and just book it. Go to Club Champion, ask for Don, and thank me later. I can't wait to get these new clubs on the course!

Don is very knowledgable and was super patient to work with my inconsistency in swings to find the best fit given my needs. My goal was to find a setup that would improve height and spin so that I could get the balls to stop quicker on the green. Don helped tremendously to identify issues in my swings that caused balls to continue rolling, and gave me tips that quickly helped fix the low pull/draw ball shape. I was able to change my swing path from 5-6 degrees inside out to 1-3 degrees outside in to hit fades/baby-fades to get the ball in the air more. In the meantime, Don was able to suggest both iron heads (P790) and shafts (UST Mamiya Quantum) that gave me better consistency and stopping power. While we had a little more time, Don even went out a limb to help me to try some 7 wood heads and shaft to see if I could get stopping power out of that. Don also followed up via email with more suggestions to help me. He's a true gentle man and great expert.

I thought something happened to my rear suspension, but when I got home and was walking up our stairs, I looked back and realized the crossbar was completely detached. Sorry to whoever was driving behind me that might have caught a stray screw. Fast-forward to today. I had some of the parts, but definitely not everything. I walked into The Rack Spot with the crossbar in hand, and Joe came out from whatever he was working on in the back of the shop , I think it was some Tesla garbage , and completely stopped what he was doing to help me out. He found the part I needed and had the crossbar installed within minutes. He also recommended getting some locks for towers, installed those too, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Thanks so much, Joe! Sounds like everyone at The Rack Spot has been killing it for years, and I can see why. Shops like this are slowly disappearing, so when you find one that actually takes care of people, they deserve to be spotlighted. Thanks, Joe..

With a family of five and now traveling with extra sports equipment, cramming everything into our SUV just isn't realistic anymore. We already had crossbars and tower attachments, but weren't sure they were the right fit. We were considering a Thule storage box but didn't know which size would work best, so I brought to them a mix of borrowed parts from friends to test things out before buying. Mike was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. He walked us through Yakima vs. Thule components, explained the differences and similarities, priced out multiple options, and made sure we understood exactly what would fit our vehicle. He also let me know that they price match if that was a concern for me. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping us get the right setup. After realizing Thule was the better direction, I returned for updated estimates -- and again, Mike delivered exceptional service. The day before our trip, I went back to purchase the Thule towers, and JP provided the same top‑tier experience. He showed me how to assemble everything, made sure the locks were installed correctly, and ensured I felt confident using the equipment. I'm truly grateful for the expertise, honesty, and customer care The Rack Spot provided. If you're considering bike racks, storage boxes, or any vehicle rack system, I highly recommend this shop. Their knowledge and service are unmatched.
