The prices exceeded anything I was expecting, so I took to the internet and found Halex Awards. Their prices were almost half of any I could find near my home in Northern Virginia. Over the past 13 years, I have ordered a total of 19 brass plates from Halex Awards for use on military, scouting, and personal awards. In every instance, they have provided excellent and prompt service. In 2011, I made a mistake on an order, AND even after confirming it via email follow-up, David replaced the plate at no additional cost . . . he even shipped it (again) for free. Finally, in 2016, I decided to conduct another pricing comparison just to be sure I was paying a reasonable amount. I can attest that Halex Award's pricing is ABSOLUTELY the lowest I've been able to find. Reasonable cost, EXCELLENT service, provided promptly, and an end-product that is simply fantastic . . . what more can one ask?

And you told her she would get the flowers in the evening, so that she stayed home all evening, and wasted her time since you didn't even deliver the flowers!! I am really shocked by this experience, I just can't believe you've done this!! You totally messed up.
