I was not disappointed. James did a great job fixing several small dings/dents in my Mercedes E550 and resolving an issue with clear paint protection film application on the bumper and hood. The initial film application appeared good and remained so on the hood, but the bumper film began delaminating after two days. I was very concerned and I texted James photos. He responded soon after and was at my house the next day to inspect the film personally. He arranged for the film to be replaced and followed through to ensure that it had been done properly and to my satisfaction. I was prepping my 25 year old Nissan 300ZX for sale, and wanted to straighten out a couple dings that were marring the otherwise already pretty straight body. I had him come out for a consultation, and much to my surprise, came ready to do the work right then and there! I can't recommend this business enough. I needed a very small dent and scratch repaired and several other companies gave me some pretty outrageous quotes, wanted to remove entire body panels, or just flat out said they couldn't handle the work. When I finally spoke with James he understood exactly what I needed and explained his process, which was extremely direct and simple compared to the others.
