She can come across a bit short, but let's face it, I'm not going in for a chat. I passed this place almost every day and didn't realize it was here, I just thought it was a nice house. I have to pay more attention lol. The place is very nice and clean and the owner is very welcoming. Also, a big perk is that they have parking in the back!! LOL, those who live in this area know how hard it is to get parking there. I got the 60-minute medical massage and I have to say that she hit every area on my body that needed this massage. I've been to a lot of different places throughout the years and this specific massage is what I needed. What I also liked is that at the end of the massage, she used a hot towel all over me and that also took the oils off of my body so I was not leaving the place all greasy. Many other places didn't do that and I was oily until I got home. I never felt comfortable using any showers at some spas that had showers. I definitely will be going more often not only for the massage but will be trying the facials as well. It can be surprising how much of a positive impact these services can have on your overall well-being and I am so glad I went. I will be going back soon!

I've been getting Botox injections for years but have never had such a thorough consultation to the "why" and "where" the injections are made (in case you were curious). Going with Vladamir's recommendations of trying Dysport over Botox was a great decision - a much more natural look! I also inquired about using filler to mask the dark circles under my eyes as I've been told for years that mine were "too far gone" for filler to help. Vladamir disagreed and 1 vial of Restylane later, I look and feel so much better! Great experience and fair prices - highly recommend!

I've had many different technicians over the years, some better than others but all of them are professional when doing the treatments. The front desk staff in particular provides great customer service and are very easy to contact when I need to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I've had laser on most of my body and now I only need to go every couple of months for maintenance since some areas do grow back due to hormones. They use Cynosure laser and this has been very effictive for my skin. Getting laser was the best investment since I really don't ever have to worry about shaving anymore. They always have different promotions available so the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place if you're interested in laser hair removal.

One is, so I can't even book until I provide a doctor's note. I could've done that weeks ago, and I would've just bought a 50% off package with the holiday deals and booked my first session if I didn't need to first come in for a 3 minute consult. The front desk staff was nice (though I have no clue what their names were because no one introduced themselves) and I was seen on time, so two stars for that, but three stars off for wasting my time. I've been preparing for weeks to begin laser treatments - no waxing, no sun, only shaving, etc., and now I'm unsure whether I should bother going back or find a different provider. UPDATE: Following my consultation, I received an email soliciting my feedback. I provided it and expressed that I had a poor experience during my consultation but remained interested in purchasing a package and working with a different specialist. No one acknowledged or responded. It now seems I'll be purchasing services elsewhere since Laser Spa doesn't care enough to earn my business with a simple response to an email. The location really is convenient and I prepared for many weeks for the treatments, so this is highly disappointing.
