Unfortunately after only a month, our yard looks as if no weeding, edging, or mulching was done. On 29 March 2021, after some back and forth on scheduling (and rescheduling - post down payment), work began and the flower beds were to have all weeds removed and mulch put down. Below are pictures from 24 April 2021 and, as shown, all the weeds have popped through the mulch; showing none we pulled and the mulch was simply thrown on top.

We had some drainage issues around our house, particularly with all the rain we've gotten over the…read morepast few years. Tim was great to work with, providing valuable info about aspects of the project I hadn't considered, and explaining everything thoroughly along the way. Landscape and Drainage extended downspouts, added French drains and drain boxes, and took down two trees. They also offered the best price of the three companies I got estimates from. I was so happy with the results and the experience working with them that I sent Tim to my parents' house, where he did additional drainage and tree work. My wife and I moved into a 70 year old house on a hill. The previous owners had done quite a bit of…read morework - french drain, waterproofing the basement, 3 sump pumps, steel beam reinforced walls - but we spotted some water along the basement wall. Tim came out to look at that and a bunch of other stuff (future work), and gave us a plan to resolve the immediate issues. On the inside, his guys came out and jackhammered along our foundation, installed a new system to collect and direct any water seeping through the wall to our existing sump pump discharge line, and laid new concrete. They even worked around a bit of a curveball without needing to deviate from the estimate. Outside, they dug a 22-ft trench and installed a french drain to alleviate the hydrostatic pressure on the basement wall, routed our HVAC condensate line into the french drain, installed 2 new window wells which allowed them to grade the yard away from the house, and installed another french drain on the far end of the garden to help mitigate the flash flooding we experience there. They finished up by laying fescue sod over the affected area, making it look nice and clean. All of the work was done in two days, with some minor cleanup work on the 3rd day after the concrete had cured in the basement. The price was good, the guys worked hard, the work was done on time, and the final product was excellent. We will be using them again for our retaining walls, landscaping, and whatever else comes our way.
