We (a 5 top) witnessed 2 other tables (a 3 top and 2 top) under the same server come in, sit down, order, receive, consume, and pay for their meals in the time we waited for ours. After another 10 minutes, a member of our table went to the bar to request we cash out for our round of drinks that we did receive so that we could leave. The bartender ran back to the kitchen and came out to tell us that our food was "ready now" and that the ticket had only been in the kitchen for 30 minutes. This means that the server forgot to enter the ticket for 25 minutes? That is simply unacceptable when coupled with the complete lack of attention to the table. I would absolutely never do business with this restaurant again there's customer service. It's horrible to say the least. And their practices are deceiving.
