Until then I will have to give it a 3 star.

While the 19th Century look of the old place was cool, having an air conditioned space large enough to hold and display a vast variety of American and international suds, is an improvement. They even have room for the mid-sized shopping carts that can hold a couple of cases while you shop and make way to the cashier. We were in a Mexican fiesta mood, so picked up a 12 bottle case of Corona, and another of Dos Equis (XX) Sampler. Bought a supply of Lime at Tanner Bros. True, the price of cerveza goes up all the time, especially for the imports, but there is something to be said for comfort and convenience in brew buying. Cold Spring opens at 9 during the week, giving it a leg up on other local distributors who open later in the morning. Never too early for fiesta!

This location is very large - I'm not sure if it was one of the specialty ones (like the one in New Britain) but they did have a lot of options. The only thing they didn't have a ton of surprisingly, but I think this goes for all locations, a lack of the canned pre-mixed cocktails in a can. I'm always looking for something specific and they didn't have it but that was okay. I also didn't see one of the local ones I wanted, but that just might be because they aren't stocked there. Overall it's clean, well organized, and staff is great. They also apparently do wine tastings which I thought was neat! I'd call the store for that ! This parking lot is bonkers though especially during the holiday season. Not their fault, but it does make visiting this particular location a little more taxing.

It's located in the quaint town of Stockton, NJ. Once inside I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. This liquor store was much bigger than I expected. Everything is neatly displayed and organized. There are multiple rooms, with each room offering something different. There are two Wine rooms every bottle is neatly displayed and they carry so many different brands of fine wines from around the world. There is a Champagne room and they have a large variety to choose from. If that's not your thing they also have an IPA room, and in the front they have all name brands of Gin's, Vodka's, Rum's, Tequila's you name it, they have it. Stockton Fine Wines carries many brands of beers and IPA's that you can get cold, or by the 4-6 pack along with wines and champagnes. My boyfriend was so happy because he found one of his very favorite Single Malt which is hard to find in the US. ( I called 4 liquor stores and went through the owners and no one could get this except for Stockton Fine Wines.) It's a Hennessy White Single Malts 25th Anniversary Cognac. We've only been able to purchase it in the Caribbean or Mexico because they stop selling it in the states. They also have premixed drinks in cans, 15 different kinds of bitters. There is definitely something for everyone. I would highly recommend checking this place out, you won't be disappointed
