This well researched and mindfully assembled "wine library" has best representatives of even the tiniest microclimate where wines of note are produced. The associates working beside the owner Laurent Chapuis are well-studied connaisseurs who can talk intelligently about every bottle in the shop. Before a new bottle is placed in the racks it has been tasted and discussed by members of the team. Laurent, himself, visits the winemakers and the terroirs to select only the best examples and best vintages for his shelves.
