Of the wristwatches, one he showed me how to reset the timer function myself, one is a really cheap watch with a broken strap that could only be replaced by the maker (I got it in Japan), and one needs a new movement, I got a quote with a warranty included. The old stopwatch belonged to my grandfather, he opened it up and found a screw had come undone and was loose inside. he fixed and gave it back to me working. All of that while I waited and no charge. I'll think about the movement replacement, but I'll probably take it back for him to do it.

My family has been trusting our jewellery needs to Tony for over three decades now, and every time…read morewe go to him, we are always thrilled with the quality of the work, the finished jewellery and above all else, the dedication and exemplary customer service, Whether it's a custom piece for a wedding, or an urgent repair, I have complete confidence when I go to him. I travel from Toronto to Burlington, because he is simply the best at what he does, My most recent jewellery issue: my wedding band not only cracked, the exterior service was so mottled with microdents, two other jewellers swore it was impossible to fix. Heartbroken and hopeful, I took it to Silver and Gold. "No problem," we were told, despite it being the worst damage he'd ever seen (as if I worked in construction). Upon pick-up, my ring looked sparkling new, like the day I got married. You would never know just how terrible a shape it had been in. The prices are always fair, but more importantly, you can trust in the care for the craft here. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I just took in a ring and a bracelet to get fixed and they did such a great job! The ring was a gift for my 18th birthday and the back had cracked and it was full of scratches. The ring is white gold and they fixed the crack and did a rhodium coat and the ring has never looked better! It's never been shinier or had more sparkle to it! I can't wait to do some more shopping here in the future! I am extremely happy with the service here and will never go anywhere else! I highly recommend it!
