I HATE that Ron Y. was disappointed w/his order, but FYI...NEVER order thru Proflowers, FTD, etc. as they just take more $ from the you, the consumer. All they do is contact a local florist to make the arrangement that you see a picture of on their website at a lower price. That's where you can run into problems like you had w/a swapped container, which if the local florist doesn't have the exact container/vase OR flowers they do have the right to substitute a similar item. ALWAYS call a local florist or have someone you know recommend one...I too have ordered online & have learned my lesson.

He had substituted a gathering vase for the hurricane vase that was featured in the picture of the arrangement which I believe changed the appearance and the appeal of the arrangement. Scott stated that he was allowed to make the vase substitution and said that the arrangement contained all of the required flowers. Gathering the flowers tightly in the gathering vase rather than using a hurricane vase did not allow the flowers to expand and have the mounding effect shown in the photo of the arrangement. Scott took a defensive position through the entire conversation and did not seem to care about customer satisfaction. I will not use his services again.

Like several months in advance. That makes the whole process easier for customers and for the workers there. They do burial arrangements, grave decorations, door decorations (wreaths), and giant bows for mailboxes. They even have you covered when it comes to weddings! They only use SILK FLOWERS. That means the flowers are not real. But I do think that adds to the value of them. Their arrangements last WAY longer than real, live flowers. If you want a decoration that lasts - I highly recommend this place! And yes, I used to work here!
