I had some self-restraint and spent about $60.00 at the sto! With that money I got a candle, two vases, a wooden laser cut birthday card and a pack of Christmas cards to last me through this season and the next. Upon entering we were greeted right away by Doug. I remember Doug because he has quite the personality - in a good way. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us around the whole sales floor. Slumberland and Ashley have very similar items, Slumberland also sells Ashley brand furniture. After 45 minutes or so we left without buying anything. As far as the shopping experience, I didn't feel there was any pressure to buy and appreciated that no one was looking over our shoulder. The variety was just right. Lots of nice little accent pieces that caught my attention maybe more so than the furniture did. 4/5 stars because most of the guys working were taking smoke breaks out the side door of the building.
