They are pretty exact on their scheduling and the team showed up on the promised day and within days they installed a beautiful tiled walk in shower. I've already talked with them on my next remodel and I'm awaiting the invoice now. They are absolutely worth the wait and their skilled labor is worth every dollar.

He is using some substandard sub contractors. for example, who wants a kitchen island that was installed too close to refrigerator space? how does one walk through a laundry room with a layout that does not accommodate a normal size washer/dryer when the appliances stick out into the doorway to the garage? this builder also installs a sub standard winter heating system with low volt heat strips that are meant for condos, Not good enough for a detached home. this builder installs vinyl siding that is warped, either nailed on too tight, or in the wrong places. this builder uses inexperienced subcontractors, for example the bare minimum insulation r30 is installed so badly there is bare patch in peak of house that allows many degrees heat loss out of the roof. this builder uses bad carpenters inexperienced at crown molding, crooked work with many gaps, badly cut miters in corners sloppily filled in with putty, even straight molding pieced together badly showing joins. this builder installs cheap kitchen cabinetry with shelves that fall out as they use the smallest cheapest pins that do not hold shelves as some holes cut wrong. one could go on and on, suffice it to say, worst of all, this builder gives NO actual warranty/guarantee on any of his homes. he lies to buyer prior to sale, Promising to rectify all home inspection problems, but he Not good for his word. He does not give a One Year warranty on his work, he said he gives a 90 day warranty then Never even replies to a registered letter. so if you want to have any relationship whatsoever with your builder after a sale, Buyer Beware as this builder will not answer to your letters or calls after purchase. Once he takes your money, you will spend thousands to rectify his bad building practices and Mr.Jenkins nor his son will want to know you.

Cass did not show or call when scheduled to look at it in October, and has not responded to subsequent calls or our October 14 letter. Jimmy and Rob no longer work for the company. We've had to use wet vac to vacuum water and removed the furniture and rug, and have to check it whenever it rains. We have blankets and wet vac in the sunroom at the ready. Hopefully there isn't mold. The warranty seems useless since they are not responsive. I worry about water once hurricane season starts! We can't enjoy the sunroom.
