Dr. Grant was amazingly calm during my version because baby was breech, as well as the other doctor whom I forgot her name. They worked sooooo well together during my procedure, made sure I was calm, and even though baby didn't turn I felt like we all had the same goal- to make sure baby and I was okay. I delivered via c section- and Dr. Tyler was so calm and had nothing but positive vibes. I don't know how anyone can be so calm with us women being so nervous to have these babies. I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. When I was finally called back, I informed the nurse I wanted to leave a urine sample due to urinary symptoms I was experiencing -- which I did. Dr. Spaniel then came in and rushed through the entire appointment. The visit lasted no more than 6 minutes. I had several questions I never got the chance to ask. I told her I was experiencing pelvic pain and urinary symptoms, and she brushed both off entirely, making zero effort to get to know a new patient she had never seen before. A 6-minute annual exam is completely unacceptable. I was told a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. It never was. I had to call the following day just to get what should have already been handled. To make matters worse, my urinalysis results never came in. When I followed up with triage, I was told a urinalysis isn't automatically part of an annual exam and that I needed to specifically request it. I did request it -- and they had lost my sample. The response? A complete shrug, as if it were a minor inconvenience rather than a failure to address a patient's reported symptoms. This was my first and last visit. If you value your time, your health, and being treated like a person -- look elsewhere.

I switched to Dr Pakk after a miscarriage and stayed with him through my whole twin pregnancy and he was wonderful. I went into labor a couple days early and had a c section with Dr Shea who I also loved and felt safe and comfortable with. Dr Hendricks checked on me during my postpartum hospital stay and she was great too. I feel so cared for and like I'm in competent hands here! Also, their ultrasound techs are all wonderful & so nice, which I haven't found at all other practices. Can't recommend enough!!
