Needless to say, those problem areas are still leaking. I've found more leaks with this new roof than I had with the 20 year old roof from the new construction. I had them come out to "fix" the areas that were leaking and they were here less than 15 minutes. It leaked again after that so they came back and put a some caulk down on a few nails. I'm still finding leaks all over the roof. Absolute crap work.

They consulted us along the way. Compassionate, considerate & really nice too. Everything is beautiful & exactly what we hoped for. So wonderful to be able to shower & just pretty much walk in. I willingly paid for the measuring consult, but when I cancel the slab order, I was hit with a $980 restocking fee. This was never mentioned when I initially inquired about the refund, in the event I changed my mind, once again, for any reason. This is not a trustworthy company, they are the only ones in the area that charge a restocking fee. All of the other slab companies have told me that they just keep the slab, and are confident they will resell it. Apparently Italian marble likes to double dip as I'm sure they turned around and resold the slab and immediately made a $980 profit on it. Stay far away from them. The Granite Shop in Wheatfield is a great place to get slabs. Check them out instead of this ripoff place.
