Edit: To respond to the reply from the business owner (because I'm will come with receipts), we called because it was 52 degrees and dropping in our house where we have animals. The furnace was running but not working. The guy came and told us to take up the carpet the seller placed over a vent that was causing our furnace to overheat and it started heating up immediately. And as for the state of our house, we did have numerous piles of boxes as we had just moved in a few days previous. Insinuating we're messy or something was extremely unprofessional and rude. Also I attached a picture of the time he offered us that was 4-6pm, he makes it sound like they came out at 8pm to fix it. I already messaged him privately telling him if he had come to me and told me he thought three stars was more fair I would have changed it but after that response he earned a one star. Edit 2: I did want to point out one last thing, even if we hadn't just moved in and we were just box hoarders or something it's a really awful mindset to have that we don't deserve y'all to come out and fix our heating when it's close to or in the negatives outside. I truly hope you can treat people with more kindness.

Low and behold they never showed up, I called company back to be informed that they were running at a full delay and that they promised they would have someone out today to fix it but no time frame, they called me back a couple hours later said still running behind but rest assured we will have someone one out tonight. Received a call back around 5:30ish and was told they won't have anyone to do the work tonight, asked for a manager and was hung up on. I called back spoke with manger Van and he told me that the guy who was scheduled to do my service left early and couldn't get anyone to take the job, was offered to reschedule and 10% of the service. Told him 10 % was unacceptable and he hung up on me after it told him to just cancel everything. Extremely unprofessional and nothing but lies come out of their mouths, would strongly recommend a different plumbing service as this was clearly a waste of my time.

I was so happy because I feared that many other complicated problems that would suggest I had buy a brand new heat pump. Dan also did a thorough cleaning of the filter, coil fins. The freon level was also checked, no leaks. Dan cleared any other issues that may have caused the heater to default, only having to replace the voltage boost capacitor.
