We will never have to look for a plumber again. we had just as great an experience with their plumber as we did with out boiler. we called he was there the next day and within the next few days had ordered our parts and repaired out shower. I think it was four or five days from phone call to completion and that included ordering parts. I cannot recommend their services any higher. I told my mom to call Auchinauchie because of their ratings to get a second opinion. We ended up going with Auchinauchie because their people were so much more knowledgeable and helpful. They were awesome to deal with and did fantastic work. My mom sent me pictures when they were done and it was a clean installation and done correctly. The reason I know the work is good is I own a plumbing and heating business in Kansas. They weren't inexpensive but they were excellent. Would definitely recommend.
