Okay, that would probably be good advice for voters too :) National and International corporations have an unlimited appetite for profit and automation, but rural businesses have to rely on finding people that want to work. Generational Government Dependence has become huge intentional weak link. I appreciate everyone who has not become a victim of it. You can report concerning "facts" to the proper organizations. You can call or write the company with suggestions to improve service. It sounds like requiring an address label on the tank cap and an email or phone confirmation of the delivery, account and address would also prevent some of the mix ups that have been mentioned. Needed an emergency furnace repair and called Sunrise to come out and fix it. Chris, one of the…read moreowners, was very prompt and replaced the blower motor. However, something was off the next day and I called them to come back. Chris came back and adjusted something saying to call if there was another issue. A week later the furnace had an issue and wasn't working again. Called and spoke to Linda who said she'd call back with a time someone could come out. She called back six hours later to say they wouldn't be coming and didn't offer up another day for them to and fix the furnace. I had to call another repair man who came out to fix the issue. Apparently Chris had installed a motor that was too big for my furnace and ruined the blower which needed to be replaced. I showed up to their office with the broken motor Chris had installed to show them what had happened, requested a partial refund for the cost of the new blower motor I had to purchase. I thought this would be a reasonable thing to ask this was a mistake made by Sunrise. I've gone in twice to the office and all Linda can tell me is that Chris is aware. Still waiting for a refund that will likely never come. If y'all need furnace help, call Muthig's.

I told my mom to call Auchinauchie because of their ratings to get a second opinion. We ended up going with Auchinauchie because their people were so much more knowledgeable and helpful. They were awesome to deal with and did fantastic work. My mom sent me pictures when they were done and it was a clean installation and done correctly. The reason I know the work is good is I own a plumbing and heating business in Kansas. They weren't inexpensive but they were excellent. Would definitely recommend.
