I stopped in for an early afternoon coffee and to scope it out, and was genuinely pleasantly surprised. First off - its gorgeous flowers were a bonus. Then, the service I received from Matt was friendly and attentive - and I loved that they had oat milk. I could also tell that the foodstuffs for sale (such as chili crisp) indicate the owners are up on what is fresh in culinary circles. I will also definitely be going back for lunch after seeing how fresh the prepared food case looked.

    Adorable outdoor seating area

Finding this spot feels like discovering a quaint forest cottage full of delicious bites and whimsical giftable wares. Amazing service, such a friendly team! Accessible parking, outdoor seating with umbrellas, and gluten free options make this place one of our go-tos.

Carolina Gold beer and Devils Foot Root beer were refreshing on a hot June day.

Don't let the name fool you. This super cute coffee/sandwich shop serves the best Reuben I have had on locally baked rye bread. The bread was light and crispy and the corned beef was very tender. We loved the root beer and recommended local beer, too. I wish I had time to go back and get a latte, I am sure it would not disappoint.l

Cutest place with great selection of sandwiches, snacks (healthy and nutritious) and wine, the owner is super sweet and helpful. We stopped there in the rain and got coffee and delicious cookies and snacks, the place has outdoor seating with umbrellas. Can't wait to go back to try the wine .

There's not much these days in Biltmore Village, but Yelp recommended Finch Grocery which was just a few minute walk the Grand Bohemian.

For dessert, I highly recommend the ice cream brûlée; it was incredibly delicious and unique. The only minor drawback for me was the cocktail selection, which is limited to just a couple of drinks and a few spritzers. However, they do have a decent wine menu with several great aromatic wine offerings. Because it's a intimate venue with limited seating, you might encounter a wait. We arrived early in the evening, and by the time we left, a line was already starting to form!.

The lounge and music paired with desserts and wine is such a niche and fun vibe! I love the weekly features - especially Monday fixed menu of desserts with a shot of espresso or wine! The blueberry mint ice cream deserves a cult following! It's made with REAL mint and the color is amazing. The truffle balls are both delicious and serves as a charity (sine profit donated to local charity). The cream puff is light but packed with flavor! The late hours draws in a large crowd!! The waitress is so nice and upbeat. I will definitely have to make a trip back or before I head home!!

WOW WOW WOW! Cúrate…read morereally was a special spot! I was visiting Asheville for the weekend and had to make a resy here as it was a Katie Button restaurant. It did not disappoint! Most of the restaurants seating is at two long bars that are the length of the restaurant. It really works out well, blends that southern hospitality with the more unique pace of seeing chefs make their creations. We tried so many dishes and all were just incredible. The lamb skewers were impeccable -- do NOT miss this dish. It's such great flavor and the house pickles are a must with this!! The next was the paella. It was next level. Bursting with flavor and the best bang for the buck! Sooo much food and you just don't want to stop eating it all. The octopus is made so perfectly -- loved this! The patatas bravas are so comforting too, love this. The waitstaff was so friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was so cozy and intimate! Don't skip the sangrias either!!

It looks like they also have two bar places to sit at and enjoy food. Curate was nicely decorated on the inside. The space was clean and welcoming. Restrooms: They have two gender neutral bathrooms. One restroom has a changing pad for babies. The restrooms were nice and clean. Service: All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and dishes. The food came out quickly. When we did call about a high chair, it took about 3 calls to finally talk to someone about it. They do have high chairs for babies. Food: We came here because it was recommended by several people to try. We thought the food was good. We have several similar tapas restaurants back at home to compare too and we felt the food was good but not extraordinary in our opinion based off the hype Curate has received. We tried their 'Croquetas de Jamon' to start. They were good, but definitely tasted better with the recommended hot sauce. We also tried their 'Roasted Seasonal Pepper Special' (it wasn't on the menu but recommended by our waitress) and it was ok. It could've used more seasoning and salt in my opinion. Next we tried their 'Berenjenas Con Miel' or fried eggplant, that was really good. We loved the salty and sweetness of the dish. It also wasn't heavy or greasy. Lastly, we shared their 'Arroz de Temporada' paella. That was my favorite dish, the sausage was so flavorful and I loved the burst of the tomatoes. The rice was cooked to perfection. It's definitely enough to share between just two people. Overall, I wasn't blown away by the food like I was expecting. I feel like there might've been dishes we should've tried to really give us that wow factor. This seems like a nice place to come for a nice meal. If we're ever in the Asheville area again, I'd be willing to give them one more try.
