The edges crack when clicking together. However, the store refused to let us return for a full refund. Their policy is to charge a 25% restocking fee even though there was a manufacturing defect. Even in our case where everyone agreed it was defective the "regional manager" still refused to refund. So we are out 25% and the money it cost to pay our installers. They also had a customer service rep call us per their policy from overseas who had no idea about our case and also refused to refund our 25% fee. I'm assuming they plan to resell this defective product since we had to pay for "restocking" which seems criminal. I have never encountered a store with such a horrible policy and negligent upper management. We plan to sue them for the 25% they owe us because that is only fair.

David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls. Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little "fuzzy" off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation). We have been so delighted with our experience that we've decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors. Michael, our project manager, came out and took measurements, and asked a lot of questions about what we wanted. A short time later, we met with William who had produced a 3D rendering of what our bath tub would look like. Not only that, they had found a tub that would fit in our space that we did not find before. They were clear about the workflow, responsibilities, and accountability. They were fair on price considering the risk they were taking doing work after someone else. I don't feel they marked it up to account for that risk. As the work began, we found more issues. They came up with solutions promptly, again transparently and timely. They sent pictures as they did work, and justified any proposals for change. We ended up with the bathroom we wanted and assurance that the work was done right. The whole team is no nonsense, fair, and honest.
