Unfortunately, the staff was completely unwilling to help at first, repeatedly telling us that everything had to be done online. After persistently asking for support, someone finally stepped in--but by then, the order had already been processed and was sent to the wrong location. To make matters worse, we're still not sure where the order actually went, and no one could give us a clear answer. We were simply trying to order business cards, and the lack of customer service and guidance made an already simple task extremely frustrating.
