I dropped my computer off with them in October, since it just wouldn't turn on. Two weeks later a woman called me to tell me the processor was dead and asked if I wanted them to pull my data off. Apparently, the idea of fixing the computer did not cross their mind. I then informed her that I wanted them to FIX the computer to which she responded that the processor would have to be replaced with the exact same processor, as if that were some sort of problem. I don't hear anything for SEVEN months. I finally go in to check on their progress and they inform me that a replacement processor could not be found, so they just sat on it for seven months.
