I have had HORRIBLE service with this business. I took my phone in weeks ago and they have not done what I have already paid them to do!!! I have asked for a refund and my phone back but I continually get the run around from this place. The employee's can't get their stories straight. The district manager/owner is never in town. Do NOT recommend this place!! I paid $130 to get my screen fixed. I got home, plugged it in and literally touched the touch screen and it shattered. I called them and they said they'd replace it for $70. I called corporate office and they keep giving me the run around of, "I'll call you back." Going on 2 weeks and still nothing. They don't stand behind their work. And EVERY screw was missing from the screen. It literally falls off. I'm $130 down and no phone. I'm putting a review in our local newspaper also so that NOONE has to go through this like I did. If I could give zero stars I would!!!! read more

Paid 70 dollars for an iPad screen repair and was told it would take a week Got a call the next day and was told I needed a case because the screen wasn't going to sit properly because of a dent by the home button. Got there and the screen was coming up not only by the home button but the left side all the way to the top and I asked them to put something g on it to hold it down and she said they had but all the adhesive they could on it. Took it go.e and had dead spots went to the main office and so say manager couldn't do anything to fix the issues and know my screen is out. Called back and she tried to blame me for the screen going out and the screen coming up. Don't use this place I'm talking to Safes about this. read more

Took my PS4 in to see if it was repairable due to a power surge. They told me that the motherboard was fried so I needed a new one. I bought a used PS4 and wanted them to transfer the data from the old hard drive to the new one. Got back my PS4 two days later only to find out it was stuck in "safe mode". I watched YouTube vids and read troubleshoot blogs on how to reinstall it back but failed so I took it back. They said that I was using the wrong update despite getting it from the PlayStation website. They couldn't do it cause their WiFi was too slow so I had to go home and do it. Took it back, they said all was good. Got home and the same thing. I'm afraid that I've now wasted $200 for the used PS4, the cost I paid them for practically nothing, and 6 days of wasted time! Not even a year a ago I got my battery fixed. Payed the $60 and went on my. When I came back to get my phone the man had it plugged up to his laptop with an odd grin. It may have been nothing but it bothered me. He coulda just plugged it into an outlet. Any who, 4-5 months later I had to replace my phone with a new one. You could audibly hear and feel the battery shaking around in my phone. It wouldn't power on and it just wasn't worth it anymore. I was told it was a scam anyways. Can't have been a coincidence that cricket and them are side by side. read more
