I cannot say enough good things about the entire team at Iris. From the very start, they have been…read moreorganized, informed, patient, and thorough. As new business owners, their expertise has been invaluable and allowed us to do what we do best and not have to stress about the details of the books or other requirements like taxes and filings. We love that they work directly with our CPA to minimize stress on our federal returns, and even took the time to give us a Quickbooks tutorial. Now, with all of the changes and uncertainties of the Covid-19 economy, we are even more grateful. They have kept on top of all of the relief programs, both federal and state, and have maximized our assistance, making sure we have what we needed for our PPP loan and even doing the legwork of our TN Relief Program application. They are truly thinking of us and all the ways we can succeed as a business.

Imagine not stressing about your taxes! This past month, my…read morewife and I, being last minute kind of people, have been super stressed about getting our taxes done and, being new to the area, we didn't know who was going to help us, with lots of knowledge and affordable prices. However, after today, that is a look into the past. Today, my wife and I came to Andrew Oakley to get our taxes done with a little hesitation as his prices and qualifications seemed too good to be true, especially for squeezing us in last minute. Not just did Andrew Oakley have the skills to deal with our annoying complicated taxes, from our multiple jobs to self-employed endeavors (like door-dashing, which we both do) but he also was just overall so friendly and nice to us. He helped us get the most back on our taxes with also cracking a few jokes here and there. I can't thank Andrew Oakley enough for the stress he took off our shoulders. Starting today, we will be back every year and even when we move cities at some point, we will take advantage of his 1-on-1 zoom calls he does as well! Thank you so much!

Before that, my husband did them himself, but it was always a pain in the arse. For one or two years while we lived in Florida, we found someone there to use, and he just didn't cut it. The fact is, Don knows what he's doing, and he finds money for us that we just never would have found on our own. We consider his fees to be money well spent!

I have been going here for years, but the past three or four years I've had issues with my taxes,…read morebut we're just gonna concentrate on this year's tax's and what's happened I use Bruce Hall a gentleman that works here and he was supposed to put my taxes in. I made a mistake and claimed one of my other kids, but it was clear as day what we talked about and it was wrote down on a piece of paper so this misunderstanding cost me several thousand dollars because now someone else claimed my son and we can't figure out who did it. I've called Bruce at least 13 times left messages. Talk to the receptionist. I understand things take time but two months and you can't even reach out for a phone call or help fix the situation that you caused and I was only under the impression that he charged a couple hundred dollars when you come to find out it's been 4 to 500 every time there's so many other places out there that charge under $100 and we'll get you back more money. We actually tested the theory this year and we got more than we ever got back not using them. I know most of y'all are sitting in your ways and like sticking with the people you know, but sometimes there's better options out there. Hope you guys can be one of the ones that can choose that. Thanks and have a good day.
