I pointed out to Carlos that this was dirt and that I know it will come up and to make sure he gets this area clean. The dirt areas showed up the next day. I had specifically told Carlos that I wanted to make sure this didn't happen. I ended up using Dawn diluted with water and cleaned it myself! I paid for service that was not Quality. Before he came, I called the company to make sure they would be here at 10 o'clock, which was the time Carlos set up with me on the phone, Carlos said , that he would never say 10 o'clock. He would say 10 to 12. I had a at 11:30. I would not have set up an appointment between 10 and 12 for carpet cleaning. Ironically I have a text message from Quality counts saying my appointment was at 10 o'clock. I had explained all of this to prior but it did not matter. He agreed, to come after 12:30. I called their office around three to see if they were still coming. He said, he was still coming but he would call 30 minutes prior. He didn't call prior, but he did come. I hope they will use this information to improve their cleaning service And to be more understanding to their customers.

I spoke with an agent and told him clearly that we did not want to renew the policy. I continued to get renewal notices, which I ignored because I had told the agent that we were not renewing. Little did I know that auto policies automatically renew unless the insured gives written notice of nonrenewal. That seems crazy to me, but that's their position. I eventually called again about two months later and again told them we did not want to renew. They accepted that verbal notice over the phone, and canceled (without requiring written notice!!!!!), but not without charging us for the two months of insurance coverage on a scooter that hasn't been operational in over a year. For $30, they sent this to a collection agency. I also own a business. If something like this happened in my business, I would dig into my own pocket and pay the $30 to make the customer happy. Not Kevin Miller Insurance Agency. It's not the $30, it's the principle. I'll never use this agency ever again.

At the time, I was already using Frontier Fiber 500 Mbps for $49/month. Since Spectrum offered a faster plan for nearly the same price, I agreed to switch. To make sure everything was accurate, I called Spectrum's customer service at 1 (833) 737-0874 the day before the installation. The representative confirmed that Spectrum Fiber was available at my address. On August 4, the installation technician, Andy, arrived. After checking every utility box in the neighborhood, he informed me that there were no Spectrum fiber connections available. In other words, the service I was promised simply did not exist at my location. As a result, I had already canceled my Frontier service based on Spectrum's assurances. Now I regret that decision and have to call Frontier again to ask them to reconnect my internet. This experience wasted my time, caused unnecessary inconvenience, and showed a serious lack of communication within Spectrum. Customers should not be told that fiber service is available when it isn't. I sincerely hope Spectrum's management sees this review and takes steps to improve the accuracy of the information provided by its sales representatives and customer service.

Regarding customer service alone, it would be a zero rating. First, went to their app, but it insisted that no outages were present in my area (well, that was false). Then started a chat, but the bot went on for 1.5 hours with notices of please wait ... finding an agent. About 45 minutes in, I also called customer service, only to stay on hold with no help for another 45 minutes, with constant message for me to try out the Frontier App. Finally, I received a text, where Frontier acknowledged that there was in fact a "data outage" and to expect a fix in another 2 hours. During this time I was never able to speak with a real person via chat or phone.

I use wireless for my work so I was in a very unpleasant situation the last two weeks of living in our home. This is the only utility company I have ever heard of that shuts down services without speaking to the homeowner first to verify. Then, to top things off, they had the audacity to send us a $58.00 bill, with threat of collection, for a disconnect fee, two months after we left the property. Yes, you read that right - they charged us $58.00 as a final con job and then told us they do this to everyone when they end their service with them.
