I had an especially tricky year with the sale of a home and gave up after trying two online tax sites. After numerous attempts to email, call, follow up on the return he simply never responded to me for 2 months. In the meantime this causes a bunch of problems because I needed the completed return in order to handle other business stuff, and ultimately ended up having to hire another CPA in St Petersburg who did it in literally a day.
