I recently met Kevin Murphy. Kevin came across as trustworthy and knowledgeable. He truly seemed to care about what insurance I needed and making sure I was not underinsured but not necessarily overinsured either. I had Kevin provide me with a quote and I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to get better insurance and more insurance (including an umbrella policy) for less than what I was paying USAA. The automated phone system doesn't work half the time, Mr. Vincent McCarty does not know how to return calls or emails in a timely manner, if at all. The banking app is the absolute worst. Make a principal payment and their software applies it as a regular incremental payment so you have to call and email until you get a human being to reverse it and apply it to the principle only. I can't wait until I pay my loan off and walk away from this subpar bank. Do not use them for a mortgage. It's not worth the headache you will live with for the 3/4 or 1% lower interest rate. I made a $16500 payment and they applied $2214 of it as a regular payment after they deducted $2214 out of my checking all on 3/1/22. Run away, as fast as you can from their mortgages and servicing.

Not only was he able to do that for me, he got me a really nice plan which actually added value to my rollover. He had a lot of other options, like plans with guaranteed returns, etc. He also offered health insurance, car insurance, business insurance and other things. So I ended up switching some of my insurance carriers as well, saving me several hundred bucks a month. So, all my finances are a lot easier to manage now.
