He was parked slightly on the line and they towed his car for "double parking". They damaged the car during the towing , put the car on the truck wrong multiple times to the point my boyfriend had to step in and actually HELP fix it. He has recordings of them telling us (with proof of their faces) they would return the car because they damaged it , which they did not. We also have pictures and videos of the damages they caused with before pictures luckily.They are greedy for money, Rude , inconsiderate and the whole process was very unethical and could have been handled differently. At 4pm the roadside still wasn't there!!! Found these guys on Yelp and gave them a call... they showed up in 30min!! Sure enough when they showed up, the roadside assistance finally called and said they were 15 min away. At this point, I was on 240 for 3hrs damn near! All around Town was very quick to help and they will get all of my future business!
