What really stood out was their documentation and communication. They used GoPro cameras (with our permission) to make sure every detail of the design was captured correctly. They took thorough measurements, photos, and videos for the planning phase, especially since this was a fairly large outdoor patio and kitchen project. It gave us confidence that nothing would be missed. Once we approved the estimate, they set us up with the CompanyCam app. That was a game changer. All of our design plans, permit documents, 811 information, and progress updates were in one place. Since I don't work from home, I was able to check in throughout the day and see updated photos and videos of the work in progress. They even had cameras recording while on site and a GoPro on one of the crew members so we could see exactly what materials were being installed. The transparency and communication were next-level. When they were done, the hedges looked like they belonged in a fun house, the trees were scalped down to nothing and both of the new bushes were dead. When I contacted John to replace the dead bushes (they gave us a guarantee / warranty for a year on them and it had only been 6-7 months) he made every excuse he could think of (bad soil, no water, etc. even though the previous bushes in the same spots were fine) then told me to "take to social media".
