Everyone that was involved from Shawn the contractor, his assistant, electrician, plumber, flooring, insulator, granite installers, showed up when expected and did a great job. Many friends and neighbors have come to see it and everyone is wowed by it. I could go on and on but you get the idea! I highly recommend Seeview Kitchens without reservation. You only hear the bad stories. Please take the time to read this review. This situation is one that is very positive and I want to shout from the mountain tops. In the last several years I have had the need to replace all of my kitchen and laundry room appliances. This was done with a local appliance store located in Howell NJ. They have been in buisness forever and my positive experiences are the reasons why. Mighty Youngs appliance. They have a web site www.getyoungs.com. During the pandemic I even purchased a clothes dryer site unseen from them over the phone 732-363-0466. Only requirement was it needed to match my previously purchased washing machine. The entire staff are so very helpful. They provide a more personalized level of service. Their prices are most times better than the big box stores. From the purchase to the delivery to the installation and leaving my home in pristine condition afterwards. As luck would have it my most recent purchases included a refrigerator that had some problems. Fred is the owner and also does most of the service calls. He has been in the buisness forever and has a vast array of knowledge. He is amazing in every way imaginable. Positive Customer Service does not even come close to describing Fred. Unfortunately the refrigerator was not repairable and needed to be replaced. Fred and his staff took care of every aspect of the swap and install of the replacement. Fred's upbeat attitude and never giving up and wanting my experience to be positive made what could have been a very negative situation ok. As far as I'm concerned there is no other place to purchase an appliance. Save yourself the time and energy and go right to Mighty Young's.

I purchased a washer dryer combo unit from Haier. At first, I loved it. Now, it's not drying. The…read moreauthorized repair person came out the first time and said he corrected the problem, putting on the service ticket "machine functions as designed". He put that on the ticket WITHOUT waiting around to see if it indeed "functions as designed". It DOES NOT function as designed. He came out a 2nd time, and tried to leave without giving me a service ticket. He said that "the machine isn't giving me an error code". Finally, he wrote a ticket and put that he's "unable to resolve drying issues". Now, the fun begins. When you call Haier, you are asked to press 1 for English, then you're transferred off shore to a country where the customer service agents don't even have a command of the English language. I am unable to get my machine fixed, cannot do laundry, the "customer service" off shore refuse to transfer me back to New Jersey, and all the numbers I had for New Jersey are now disconnected. My unit is under warranty, I want it to function as designed. If Haier needs to train their repair people more, then do it. I'm now stuck with no recourse because according to the offshore customer service, replacing the machine is not an option. I paid over $1,000.00 for this unit. I am not a satisfied customer. Such a pleasure doing business with a company who actually backs up what they preach - very rare in today's economy. The customer service people I spoke with were efficient and knowledgable. Suffice it to say,I'm thrilled with this company and the way they do business. They apparently care about taking care of customers - unfortunately soooo rare.
