Conch fritters
Night Ryder I.

One of the food trucks that I tried during this month's local community event. The prices kept me from sampling more from the menu but the conch fritters I went with didn't disappoint. Presented appetizingly, in a nice sturdy container. Light and fluffy inside, chunks of tender conch inside. Delicious dipping sauce that had a spicy little kick for the tastebuds. I'm looking forward to trying more of this food truck's menu offerings at the next event.

Worth the drive across town! Website is up to date on where the food truck will be. Food takes about 20 mins and we'll worth it. I'm not a huge conch fritter fan but these are the best that ever graced my lips. Crisp to perfection and meaty. The griot tacos were the chefs kiss. Full of griot and sauced to perfection. The pikles gave it the kick I needed. The mango lemonade was so sweet and refreshing and my partner said the voodoo punch was delish. Will be back !!!!

Amazing hospital food

Great guy! Fin saved me from the mediocrity of hospital food. Beating the heat with the delight of Watermelon Lemonade freshly squeezed. I went there twice to devour the menu. The Griot tacos were refreshing, and the tortillas were fresh and crunchy. Amazing pickliz.

My apartment complex once a month invites a food truck for the tenants to enjoy, Fin's Kitchen has been a few times and I always get excited when they announced them. I'm from the Caribbean and their food is pretty similar to the food from back home and that island seasoning you're looking for. They have a good variety of options in their menu, from quesadillas, fried pork, wings, tacos and more. The only negative why I took a star, is their constant changing of prices, but still worth it.

Chicken be Stickin Yummy!!

Food is absolutely yummy!!! The owner definitely puts his heart and skills into the food created. I love the Fin's Chicken Sandwich that's fried to Perfection and a Delicious Tangy House Sauce!! Then sometimes I have the Shrimp Tacos and Tried a Coco Soda for the First Time! Everything is Fresh & Sometimes there are surprise goodies on the truck....I can go on and on! I can't wait to try the new Voodoo Punch I see online The truck is super super clean and I felt completely safe with the CDC guidelines during this time. Check them out so catch their schedule since it's a Food Truck. Lastly they are Black Owned and Humble

The food is delicious, the menu delivers, and the prices are totally reasonable for what you're getting. Fair warning -- this place fills up fast and I mean fast. But even when it's packed it never loses that welcoming, fun energy that makes it such a great spot. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service matches it every step of the way. The extras are what really set Rosie's apart. Valet parking is a huge plus, game night is a blast, and the events and programming they put together keep things fresh and exciting every time you come back. It's an inclusive, feel-good staple of Wilton Manors and honestly one of the places I'd recommend to literally anyone regardless of who you are or what you're into. If you haven't been, fix that.

Some restaurants serve dinner…read more Others serve a feeling. And then there is Rosie's Bar & Grill -- a place that feels less like a restaurant and more like the greatest backyard party you've ever been invited to, where the music is a little louder, the laughter is a little freer, and absolutely everyone at the table belongs. On this particular Florida evening, six of us gathered under the open air of Rosie's patio -- that glorious tropical space where lush greenery climbs around the tables and big fans swirl the warm Wilton Manors breeze through the air. The night had that unmistakable South Florida density: humid, fragrant, and somehow buzzing with energy. It felt like sitting in the middle of a tropical island celebration, except the cocktails kept arriving faster. And arrive they did. The drinks flowed... and the gossip flowed even faster. But part of what makes Rosie's so special is that it never feels like you're simply another table in a busy restaurant. The place has heart, and that heart shows up the moment you walk in. Owners like John and the ever-present General Manager Mark glide through the space like hosts at their own house party. They greet you with warm smiles and perfectly timed quips -- the kind of playful comments that instantly make you feel like an old friend rather than a first-time guest. It's hospitality with personality, and it sets the tone for the entire evening. Then came the food. I ordered the Above the Sea Steak with loaded baked potato salad, and it was one of those dishes that sends a ripple across the table the moment it arrives. Perfectly cooked steak, bold flavors, and that decadent potato salad loaded with all the right indulgences. Within minutes, the table did what great tables always do: everyone else started ordering the same thing. Soon there were steaks everywhere. The lone holdout at the table ordered a beautifully composed salad that looked so vibrant and fresh it almost made the rest of us reconsider our carnivorous enthusiasm -- almost. But Rosie's isn't just about the food or the drinks. It's about the atmosphere -- that rare sense of ease that washes over a place when people feel genuinely welcomed. Rosie's doesn't preach inclusion with banners or declarations. It simply lives it. You walk in and the message is unspoken but unmistakable: For tonight, you have nothing to fear. Sit down. Relax. You belong here. In a world that can sometimes feel a little sharp around the edges, Rosie's feels like an oasis -- a joyful, tropical refuge where laughter wins, strangers become neighbors, and the only real requirement is that you enjoy yourself. Under those spinning fans and surrounded by palms, with warm Florida air wrapping around the patio like a soft blanket, it felt like the night might stretch on forever. And honestly? Places like Rosie's are exactly what the world needs right now.

It's a lot of fun just to have a nice dinner and relax. This time we had the muscles Florentine, chicken wings, and my wife had the grilled snapper. A across the board top-notch food. Once again, everything was fresh and delicious. We also got the carrot cake, which was excellent, super moist and flavorful, but we ate it too fast to take a picture

I love fish and eat it several times a week and so when I find a fish restaurant that serves exceptional seafood I just can't help but offer a high recommendation in this one really is at the top of their game. And I have to say that their lunch prices and portions are an incredible value for such wonderful food. And if the food isn't enough to make, you want to come here over and over again, the welcoming and sincerity of the service will definitely win you over. From the person that greets you at the door to the wait staff to the people that clear the tables every member of the staff makes you feel like you are their most valued guest. I really love this place and we will be back to try more things from the menu. Today I had a tripletail. I am not sure that I've ever seen it in restaurant before having previously only eaten it when I caught it. And that was many years ago. But it is without any doubt, one of my favorite fish to eat. Absolutely delicious and they're simple preparation brought out the flavor even more. I had it with a salad that was so fresh and complemented the fish perfectly. All in all, I love the restaurant and will be back. As I said, I would love to try the other things on the menu, but if Tripletail is on there that day, I am likely to order it again. One thing, especially nice was that we were really here to enjoy the company of family that we'd not seen in a long time. We took up the table for almost 3 hours. They refilled my iced tea regularly and continue to serve us and even with the long time spent there we felt completely welcome. Kudos to them for such amazing service. If you were in the Pompano Beach area and love to eat fish, this is a place you do not want to miss.
