Our group of 4 came to Fin's House around 1pm on a Saturday, and it was pretty empty. It's actually a pretty large place with a lot of tables and seating, and we were seated in a booth that would provide a nice private space if the store was busier. We ordered a Fin's sushi boat, and got the garlic edamame as our appetizer. We also got the jalapeno scallops as an extra appetizer. The garlic edamame was surprisingly delicious despite not being particularly high quality - the edamame itself tasted and looked like it was just defrosted, but the garlic was great. The jalapeno scallops were honestly forgettable. The rolls were all pretty good, and the sashimi and nigiri all had all good quality, generous slices of fish. Overall, Fin's sushi boat is a decent sushi place - I'm sure there are other places that may serve higher quality sushi, but the price and quality you get here is good enough to satisfy a sushi craving.

Tiger Roll

Went to Fin's House with six coworkers during a business trip. The staff was super helpful and had no problem giving us separate checks, which made things way easier for our expense reports. I ordered the Tiger Roll and some Takoyaki--both were really solid. The sushi was fresh, and the portions were way bigger than I expected. Most rolls I've had are 6-8 pieces, but this one felt like it had almost double that. I couldn't even finish it. Definitely a great spot if you're in town for work or with a group. Good food, generous portions, and easy to deal with. I'd go back.

Lots of parking. I do like that all booths were separated, so there's more of an intimate feel when dining. Unfortunately, that also means we can't really where the waiters and waitresses are either. Food was mediocre, thus pricing didn't fit the bill (this is usually big on my list). Service was very slow. The last time I was here was preCOVID so everything looks different since. This was not my first time here but might be one of my last.

Tasty sashimi, but could've been cut thicker. Yellowtail maki was pleasant. The raw fish was good quality, but the high prices did not match the quality or portion size. Honestly the reason for three stars was the cheaply made gyoza and the price of sushi across the board. The inside was cheaply outfitted with low-quality tables and seating. But service was fast! The ramen was not being served the day we came in...

Salmon love & jalapeño popper 8/10 FRESH, great flavor, jalapeño is crunchy but stuffed full! Give this place some business!

I dined in and got the salmon lover and it was decently good and filling. I also got the tempura shrimp, it was just okay but nothing special. The restaurant is on the smaller side but there is enough seating. The service is nice and just does there job and nothing more.

Flying back in from Alaska my parents and I were craving sushi. Place was empty at 1:30 on a Sunday so service was prompt. I didn't think anyone can mess up Miso soup but apparently they can. No flavor at all. Food is ok and dining room is appealing. I'd come back for lack of options but not a place I'd get out of my way to eat at again.

I can't believe I didn't leave a review for this place. My cousin picked the place. So I was confident it would be good. We were there on a Sunday for lunch. It was empty when we arrived and stayed empty the whole time we were there. We ordered 3 cooked rolls. My favorite was the crispy California roll. It was warmed up/fried and the seaweed was warmed up and was easy to bite into. You could eat it in two bites instead of the traditional pop the whole piece in your mouth and look like a chipmunk as you chow down. My favorite part and such a treat, they served it in a sushi boat. I've never gotten a boat before as you usually have to order a ton of sashimi to get the display unit. I would definitely come back and order the fried/crispy California roll. I highly recommend it to you. It's a must try.

Darn I had such a good experience last time I'm bummed it wasn't the same this time. We ordered the sushi boat 1 and are very disappointed that the sashimi wasn't fresh, not firm and some were very thin. Not to mention blood reside on the daikon. The two rolls we got had an additional charge which wasn't noted on their menu (like how they indicate extra charge for a certain appetizer for the boat special). The rolls were also on the small size (some didn't have rice all the way around and weren't evenly cut. Maybe we got a new chef in training. Unfortunately, this sushi order was a let down. Their garlic wings were good. Friendly service.

Cool, quiet ambiance, great service and delicious sushi staff friendly and helpful, and place is clean. Check out my pics !

The teriyaki sauce they served with the shrimp tempura

We use to go here periodically but this recent visit was not great. They served teriyaki sauce with tempura shrimp. I asked if they served the right dipping sauce and the server stated they always served that sauce. And then offered ponzu sauce. What? No one ever serves that with tempura. The milk tea and tea drinks we both super sweet. There was no balance. I had to ask for the dish for the soy sauce and the server brought out two dipping sauce things (same as the one the teriyaki sauce came in). Wth? Lastly, the rolls were drenched in the sauce. So much it was dripping from the plate when they brought it over and the sauce itself was watery. Again super sweet. The quality has drastically decreased. We will not be returning.

The workers are always so attentive and professional. I love that there's always no wait whenever I come here. The seafood quality is definitely worth coming try if you haven't. Great place for a date or lunch with a friend. No blasting loud music where you're screaming at each other trying to make conversation.

Daluna Dessert Cafe's Matcha Bingsoo is straight-up next level…read more I went in expecting a regular Korean shaved ice situation, but this one hit different. The bowl comes loaded with that super fine, fluffy matcha ice -- almost like snow but packed with real green tea flavor. They pile on sweet red bean that's not overly sugary, some chewy mochi cubes on top, and then crown it with a big, melty scoop of matcha ice cream. There's even a little side cup of what tastes like sweetened condensed milk for drizzling. The balance is perfect. It's creamy, earthy, lightly sweet, and refreshing all at once. Nothing cloying or artificial tasting. I was legit sitting there trying to process the flavor combo because it was so unique -- in the best way. The matcha comes through strong without being bitter, and the textures going from the fluffy ice to the dense red bean to the bouncy mochi... chef's kiss. If you're into matcha or just want something different from the usual desserts, this is a must. I'm still thinking about it. 10/10 would demolish again. Highly recommend grabbing one before they run out.

Deluna Dessert Cafe was definitely worth a try since it's located within my area. I was stumped on…read morewhether to get the mango or strawberry Bingsu, luckily Deluna offers a 1/2 & 1/2 option which was cool! I was also interested to try their tteokbokki, for an extra dollar you can also add cheese. The Bingsu was pretty good, the mangoes and strawberries tasted really fresh, although I feel like it was a little bland and missing something compared to what I've had before. The tteokbokki was a little bit underwhelming, for price I paid I was hoping it would have been a little bit bigger in portion. Nonetheless the food & dessert was still really good with the workers being really friendly and giving good recommendations. I'm definitely coming back whenever I'm craving Bingsu.
