Lesson learned you truly get what you pay for. This was my third time coming back to Signature Glass Tinting and once again they exceeded my expectations. They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. The workmanship is top-notch, the customer service is exceptional and the experience reminds me why I keep coming back. They were also able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. When I arrived I was impressed by the shop. It's much larger than I thought. Very clean, organized and professional. Luis handled the consultation and estimate walked me through everything and made the process simple with no pressure. I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop in Huntington Beach for chrome deletes, wraps, or detailing, I highly recommend Rhino Film & Detail. Oh one last thing, they don't charge extra for credit card payments which we all know a lot of these smaller shops do.

5 stars for Tom at Beach Auto Sound…read more I brought my 2017 Chevy Tahoe in to have the factory 8-inch MyLink screen replaced. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a much more difficult situation because the first replacement screen I purchased from another company would not power on. Tom was extremely patient and thorough. He checked and reseated the ribbon cable, went through the proper power-down/sleep-cycle procedures, rechecked the connections, and reinstalled my original screen to confirm that the problem wasn't with the Tahoe. My original screen powered right back up. The replacement company then sent me a second screen, and unfortunately that one had the exact same problem. Tom went through everything again and even repeatedly tried contacting the manufacturer for technical support while my Tahoe was at his shop. After I finally purchased a different replacement screen from OEAutoTronics, Tom installed it and it worked perfectly. What impressed me most was that Tom didn't just rush through the job or start replacing other parts unnecessarily. He took the time to troubleshoot the problem correctly and stuck with it through multiple visits and two defective replacement screens. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Tom and Beach Auto Sound for car audio and factory infotainment work.

2023 Toyota Camry…read more 10/10 service with Specialist Auto Glass! Unfortunately a rock hit my windshield on the 91 freeway and within a few days the crack had spread across 75% of the glass. Got a quote from a few different businesses and they had the best price and best reviews! Called the shop and they were able to schedule an appointment same day. Johni the owner is highly experienced,honest, and very friendly. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the replacement was done right. Replaced with Pilkington brand windshield which is OEM glass and also did the ADAS recalibration as well. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area or in need of auto glass work done!
