Okay, so my first contractor "Ann" was AMAZING. It was my first experience and it was great. I wrote a review on her once (which I rated 5 stars) I wanted to try someone different just to compare and they assigned "YALANDA" a few days ago. I was out of town and could not be there but since Ann did a fantastic job I thought it would be a good experience the 2nd time around. I HATED IT, how could this Yalanda dare leave my house looking like crap (NOTHING really changed) and you work for a cleaning place. I checked with the front desk service to see when she left because I could not believe that 5 hour booking for my small 2 bedroom apartment was left almost in the exact same way I left it. I paid for inside oven and it was NOT done. Base looked horrible, floor look swept but no mopping. Turns out she left TWO hours EARLY. No wonder it look like crap! When Ann came, she completed EVERYTHING including inside oven and everything was in its designated time frame and she paid attention to DETAIL. The disastrous monster that came a few days ago needs to GO. Obviously she does NOT care (1 STAR RATING for HER). Of course I called and complained about Yalanda. I was SOOOO pissed off! I was called by Ann, apparently she was promoted to a supervisor (GOOD JOB FILTHY PRO BECAUSE SHE TAKE PRIDE IN HER WORK) and I told her that she has to come and see what Yalanda did. Ann saw and she was apologetic and told me that under a company guarantee she would come and re-do it free of charge. This crap HAD TO GET FIXED, like YESTERDAY. So Ann came today and she left my place Spic N Span just like I like it. Ann was so nice, friendly, and apologetic. I am going to book HER & ONLY HER from now on. read more

I am beyond grateful to this company. I was very disappointed with "You've Got Maids". I saw great reviews from "You've Got Maids" and had the WORST experience of my life. I tried Filthy Pro because they gave me a great deal and I needed to get this house in order. The first time I had a girl name Yolanda and it was not as bad as You've Got Maids but it wasn't that great. So I complained and Daymarie immediately emailed me after my complaint and offered a re-do of the service under a Filthy Insurance they have in place in case you are not satisfied. Jocelyn came and re-did my apartment free of charge a few weeks later and I am super happy with the results. The owner accommodated my needs and provided excellent customer service. She also apologized. What I do feel bad is that I think I was the cause of the other girl no longer working for the company. I really didn't meant to cause no harm it is just that I paid for something that should have been professionally done and it wasn't. I gave a 4 star because the work of yolanda was a 1 star and the work of Jocelyn is a 5 star but the work should have been done right the first time. Either way I am so grateful that they re-did my apartment and YES, I will re-book with Jocelyn again. Thank you Daymarie for having such good customer service and following up with me after the re-do. You are very attentive and your business is going to succeed if you keep providing good customer service and fixing the issue. I want to thank Filthy Pro for an amazing cleaning job. I like to think of myself as a person who keeps-up with house work for the most part but sometimes times life,marriage, my kid and work are not always the best helpers. Filthy Pro was came to my rescue after I realized my home was just a little to much to handle on my own. I am blown away with the results and beyond happy and grateful for their service. My initial experience was not great. The contractor showed up and dusted a little and rearranged some blankets, made the bad, etc. - but nothing lose to what I would consider a "deep clean" which I what I scheduled. I contacted the company through Yelp and the owner responded right away. Then Anne called me to apologize and reschedule. Anne came to our home 2 days later and did an absolutely outstanding job. She even moved furniture to clean underneath. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Very good experience with Filthy Pro, excellent communication, and very good cleaning service. Booking was fast, no hard, and a reminder call to me before coming to my home. I took out my vaccumm, cleaning stuff, and swiffer sweeper/mop, etc for when a cleaning tech got here. To my surprise I didn't need to do that because they brought they own cleaning stuff, towel, rag, sweep, mop, vaccumm, everything they bring and very friendly. This a fantastic and thorough cleaning service with great attention to detail. I love that they have flexible hours, as well as a green option. The essential oils used to clean my home left the most wonderful non-overbearing clean smell. The cleaning lady actually accidentally left one of the oils and when I called to tell her, she insisted that I keep it as a new house warming gift.
