Filthy Napkin does an amazing job! I have been using them for the past 3 months now and I am very happy with them. Centralizing all my catering through them has really simplified my work flow when scheduling lunch or breakfast meetings. I used to individually reach out to restaurants and it would be stressful when they did not have any options for delivery or could not reasonably meet my budget. Gavin had persistently reached out to me time and time again asking for just one trial and I regret not trying this sooner! Seriously has made my work life much easier. They also have an amazing rewards program for points back to redeem gift cards for Amazon, Best Buy, Sephora, Starbucks etc. Overtime I come across any medical sales rep on the field, I always recommend them! read more

DO NOT USE CATER SQUAD -- First and last time I understand mistakes happen. I was calm, polite and very understanding when an entirely wrong $447 catering order was delivered for an important business lunch. I may have even used CaterSquad again if they had made a real effort to fix it. The way they handled the mistake is the reason I won't. I notified them around 11:45 that the order was wrong. I could see someone typing, but I did not receive a response until around noon saying they would contact the restaurant. With lunch ending at 1:00, there was still time to save it, but no one stepped in to find another solution. Their support is essentially text only, which is a serious problem when catering is time-sensitive. The representative helping me was new, told me she wasn't sure what to do, and said she needed to contact the owner. I was patient with her, and she assured me I would still receive the advertised $50 first-order Amazon gift card. After speaking with the owner, that changed. There was no meaningful attempt to make up for the failed lunch, the five-hour round-trip drive I made to attend it, or the damage this caused with an important office account. I was essentially left with an apology for the inconvenience. This was more than an inconvenience. I wasn't looking to blame anyone -- I was asking CaterSquad to help solve the problem while there was still time. They didn't. To make matters worse, I was told in writing that I would receive the $50 gift card, then later told I would not because the order had not been successfully completed and I wasn't charged. The order wasn't successfully completed because CaterSquad failed to deliver it correctly. For a catering company handling important, time-sensitive events, there should be a real support system when something goes wrong -- not delayed text messages while the opportunity to fix the problem disappears. $447 order. Wrong food delivered. Delayed response. No immediate solution. No accessible customer-service phone line. Five-hour round trip wasted. Important business lunch ruined. Promised gift card then rescinded. First time using CaterSquad. Last time using CaterSquad. I would not trust them with an important business meeting or event read more

Filthy Napkin now goes by CaterSquad. I heard of these people from a pharmaceutical rep. They do an AMAZING job. Every order I've place arrived early. I love how I can give details on what I want and they make it happen. I love how they keep my info on file so I don't have to keep submitting my credit card information. I love how they stay within the budget you ask. I love everything about it. Such a good contact to have!! Oh and they have a REWARDS program!! read more

OMG this place is a scam and a joke. I kept getting emails and text from them and decided to try because I thought they made their own food and might provide a new experience for my doctor offices. They ordered from LUNA GRILL and Charged me $70 in service charges, yes you heard that right $70. I have never seen such a thing. Office express is $4.99, grub hub 6.99. What a joke this place is!!!! do not use!!! read more

I only used them because Gavin bugged me to death. So I mistaked persistence with customer service. I used them for work as I am a drug rep. I often received complaints from my customers of food not being the right quantity. I have used many other delivery services and not had this issue. Gavin often changed where I ordered from last minute and I regretted it each time. The restaurants on the website are usually not available. When I complained because I wanted more menu choice Gavin told me that other people haven't had issues.... but they have. All of my company reps across specialties will not use them because of poor service and issues. And many of my oncology Rep friends at different companies have also stopped using them. Save yourself a headache and try someone else. read more

I used Filthy Napkin to place an order for a few of us in the office when we were working late one evening. It was so nice to get something other than pizza delivered for a change, especially since delivery is free! They were super quick and accurate. Thanks guys! read more

Literally no showed on a breakfast for 30 people. Cost me valuable time, and the office staff was extremely upset. Inexcusable!

I've been using Filthy Napkin to cater for my job for going on 3 months now, several times a week. I came across Filthy Napkin when I moved out here for a job and started researching catering companies, as I use them very frequently for work. After reaching out to Filthy Napkin I was contacted by the owner, Gavin, who was super helpful and very friendly. I have been using them since. I constantly text back and forth with Gavin to discuss events and he always goes out of his way to accommodate me. The food has never once been late or wrong, and I have placed 30+ orders with him. It's very easy as you can tell him very specifically what you would like, or let him choose/arrange it all for you. And there have many many times my clients have complimented the service and food selection. Most recently I had a very expensive event booked and order placed for a lunch, and the morning of I was told they had to cancel. I immediately got in touch with Gavin and let him know that I had to get that cancelled if possible because it would be a huge hit to my budget for nothing. He got on the phone and worked everything out and got it all cancelled for me within an hour. I feel like most places would not have gone that far. Bottom line: as long as I need catering services for my job or just life in general, I will be using Filthy Napkin and Gavin. read more

I am a local pharm rep and Gavin always goes above and beyond in all he does. All i have to do is send him a text of what i want and where its going and its done. He handles everything from front to back. He even calls all the drivers and makes sure they arrive on time. Also, he is budget conscious and can always make new good reccomendations for food choices. And to top it off, he has better pricinf then other catering delivery services like RoR, etc. Overall, i would definitely recommend Filthy Napkins for your catering/food delivery needs :) read more

He is quick to respond and handles everything. He is reliable and just does it! I also appreciate that he is careful to work with my budget and follows up after the event too. I highly recommend using Filthy Napkin for your food/catering delivery needs (and Gavin too) :) read more

I can't begin to tell you all how awful my experience was. Got my order wrong and did not listen to me as the customer! He argued with me and told me to go to his competitor - despicable customer service. read more

If these people try and do business with you, hold onto your wallet and run away as fast as you can. Their business model is to keep you completely in the dark regarding your actual purchase and price until after you receive your merchandise (in this case food). I tried to cancel my request with them just minutes after giving them an order for the next day and they refused to cancel it. read more

I use Filthy Napkin in Texas ALL the time and they are always prompt, accurate and they do an amazing job at accomodating my accounts. Finding them has been a life saver for me as its one less thing I have to worry about, I have been using them for about 4/5 months now and will continue to Only use them. Not too long ago I had a last minute order and they accomodate, witch was a life saverd. I am a business account manager and travel and go to accounts all over Texas and I really don't know what I would do without them. The only regret I have is that I didn't find them sooner. read more

If you need to feed a group of people like an office of 10 to 40 or so within a day's notice all with the convenience of texting the details to a guy named "Gavin", then have the office staff praise you for the great food and not once ever having it being late, I highly recommend at least trying Filthy Napkin. Ok, the name is kind of gross. but you won't be disappointed. I gotta tell ya, even the one time when I thought I paid a little too much for Mexican food, although it was within budget, the office said they loved the food. I didn't like it but the clients did! But that's just one time. I've loved their food every single time and even asked for seconds texting Gavin, do exactly what you did last week only at a different address. I know this sounds too good to be true but I have used these folks from Santa Maria to Monterey to Burlingame and look forward to using them as the demands come up. Filthy Napkin has a remarkable network of restaurants to deliver good food, on time and in your budget. A grand slam! read more

I have been using Filthy Napkin for several months to deliver breakfast and lunch to my customers. They are awesome...they make the part of my job that is my least favorite, catering, so simple. I text them my requests, even the morning of, and they do the rest. They will even call my customers to see what they want. They have never been late, and have covered my entire, very large territory...from San Diego to the Desert and everything in between. Gavin is great to work with, and I highly recommend them...and have to all of my colleagues! read more
