She ended up examining me and deciding that she needed to explore and see what was really going on in my foot. She was not expecting and had not scheduled this, however she knew I was in pain so she asked me to go have lunch and the. Come back to wait until she could fit me in. I went to lunch and when I came back I waited a little while as was expected, then she performed the procedure. She was wonderful and took care of my foot! She said she would let me make payments and not to worry that she could not leave me in that kind of pain. She did the procedure and her staff set up the payment plan. She continued to see me for follow up care while I was still working on the bill. Her staff was always very kind as well. I highly recommend her!

All the while being dissatisfied with salons who never were quite able to fix my ingrowns. They have never gotten infected, but were painful enough to bother me regularly. A true professional, I felt secure in Dr Tibbs care and appreciated that he explained what he was going to do and made sure the anesthesia worked properly. One of my biggest concerns was wearing sandals in the future as I was fearful that my nails would end up botched post procedure. Therefore, I wanted to go to a female doctor who I hoped would better understand the value of aesthetics; which is why I initially selected Dr. Kirkland. Not only did Dr. Kirkland understand and value, aesthetics, but she and her staff surpassed all I could have hoped for with this experience. Dr. Kirkland and her staff (Mrs. Shelby and Dolly) were extremely empathetic, kind, nurturing, professional, gracious, patient, charismatic, and enjoyable to be around. Despite my nerves, they put me at ease by reassuring me, telling me stories, making me laugh, and talking me through every step that they were taking. The office played calming music and everything was very clean and well-laid out. The procedure was seamless and pleasant (outside of a quick spike of pain for the injection). Post procedure, I am very happy with the shape and amount of my remaining nail and I think the cuts were perfectly executed. Everything here went very smoothly and all of the staff very very kind and helpful. Dr Williams took his time, listened to my concerns and took care of everything before I left. I was a new patient, but still was in and out in about an hour, all while receiving excellent care.
