My only gripe is that the staff have set up the counter backwards. Customers start beside the pay point and work their way along making selections going away from the pay point. Once the salad tossing begins customers have to fight back through the queue to the start in order to pay. Simply reversing the layout of the ingredients would streamline the whole process. You also get 4 pieces of bread with a good garlic sauce and like 10 olives which was nice. I ordered the Country Burger which is a basic burger with bacon, Canadian bacon and a sunny side up egg. I thought this sounded really good but also the other burger choices were a little boring typical American burgers. The Country Burger was good but quite greasy. In diesem Zeitpunkt ist der Oberkellner mit voller Wut aus dem Restaurant gekommen und hat sehr laut und wütend einen Befehl gegeben. " Flasche weg!" Sie dürfen hier von draußen nix trinken" .Obwohl mein Mann sehr höflich sagte, dass ich Husten habe und deshalb Wasser trinken müsste und wir bereits Getränke bestellt hatten aber noch nicht bekommen haben, befahl er ein zweites Mal uns sehr laut, die Flasche wegzunehmen! Niemand erwartet eine besonders nette oder freundliche Bedienung von den Kellnern aber auch Niemand hat so einen Recht, jemanden und besonders die Gäste im Restaurant ohne Grund so ärgerlich, unhöflich und respektlos zu verhalten, nur weil er Oberkellner ist! Wenn Sie nicht zu den Menschen gehören, die Missbrauch besonders genießen, empfehle ich Ihnen, nicht in dieses Restaurant zu gehen und Ihr Geld da zu verschwenden. Es gibt natürlich viele andere gute Restaurants in Aachen, die sie von Besitzer bis zum allen Kellnern, ihre Gäste jeder Zeit respektvoll und höflich bedienen.
