Body Concepts is divine. The outside façade is very deceiving. It really doesn't look like much (no offense to the owners.) The staff are friendly and courteous. It's clean, well decorated and vary fairly priced. You can even share your minutes with your spouse, which we found to be an awesome benefit. It has beds in all sizes and intensities including a stand-up capsule. This is hands down the best tanning in Spruce Grove. And no appointment needed. Better and better!

I've only ever seen one person working here (Shalissa) and she's always extremely friendly and helpful. She remembers my name and greets me warmly every time I come in. The rooms and beds are always clean, the bulbs are changed regularly and Shalissa always makes sure to monitor and suggest the best tanning time for me. I've been to some pretty bad Fabutan studios and the drive was worth it. The service that I got from Shalissa was wonderful and I want good things for her. She knew when I called. Knew my voice. I try to compare her store to others I've been in. Not even close. The owner should be ashamed and I won't drive out to use her store, buy her lotions or buy my minutes. 12 years a dedicated and loyal customer and its over. You are hard pressed to find a replacement. I doubt you will find anyone with that personality and effort. I left mid wax, after having to pull off the clumps of wax that was dripped all over my legs, pubic area... with the help of a cloth and oil. I was left with two bald spots, that are very tender. All she kept saying was "I'm so sorry". I get it you're sorry, but do not perform something that you are not good at. Period. So pissed off at the lack of knowledge of the waxer, but also the salon reassured before i booked that the waxer is a 10+ year - senior aesthetician. DONT GO HERE FOR WAXING.

She did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted She was good to my hair added creams to make it soft and gave me a nice head massage while I was in the sink She brushed my hair gently while blow drying, from My past experience with many other hair stylist they are always in a rush to get your hair dry and get on to there next appointment so they tend to brush and pull threw the knots Anne did not she was gentle and even went out of her way to curl my hair beautifully! The price was very fair and I was a happy customer! I would recommend the stylist Anne! She's a sweetheart !
