The owner Sherrie and her team are the pinnacle of professionalism and knowledge. The clinic offers a wide range of procedures from peels and waxing to laser treatments and injections. I had never done this type of treatment before and was a bit nervous going in. As soon as I entered the beautiful clinic I was immediately at ease. These ladies know what they're doing. There's no overselling and no judgment. The staff are genuinely vested in creating a service tailored to your individual goals. And the fact that all the staff are stunningly gorgeous is the best advertisement for the magic they can work! I didn't ever consider that I would be the type of woman to engage in fillers and peels and lasering. It can all seem a bit intimidating. The team here eliminated the 'fear factor' and I left feeling only the benefits of what can be achieved through their services. However, after going there about 20 times, I will now say "good bye" to them out of principle. I booked an appointment. But I wasn't feeling well after a dentist the night before. I actually have fever. So I couldn't go. I got lectured over the phone about 50% charge etc. Really? It got waived but with such a tone of voice that made me feel guilty. This place was heavenly! I came here for a foot massage but wish I got to try out their other…read moreservices (next time). From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. The girl at the front immediately gave me a pair of slippers to change into and took my shoes and coat and stashed them away in the back. I was then escorted to the changeroom where they had robes to change into if you wished. This place was beautiful and very clean! The change room has 2 big showers and bathrooms. Towels are also provided as well as a few communal toiletries (deodorant, soap, lotion, individual razors etc.) Although I didn't use them I thought it was a nice touch. They also provide lockers that have a code so you can lock up your items. They have a lounge area with a few accent chairs where you can relax for a bit in between services. There's also a mini bar with assorted beverages and small snacks that you can help yourself to while you're waiting. My foot massage was wonderful. Tinkerbell did a great job and I definitely recommend her. Since she's an RMT it was covered through my insurance. I loved everything about this place and would definitely return. The staff provided great customer service.
