The chain seems to have shrunk in the last four or five years, and spotting the open window on the Royal Hibernian Way was a delightful surprise. At last, those little almond-topped nougat squares draped in rich white chocolate can be mine. I met the owner, a Belgian lady called Inge, who recently opened the shop with her Irish partner Declan.
