The chicken fell apart without so much as touching it with a knife, and the preserved lemons were a treat as I've never had them before. He says the lamb was tender and spiced perfectly, and the broth was also tasty. Couscous was perfect, of course. Nice and fluffy. The house wine was intense, in my opinion. It was like a flavor punch in the mouth every time I took a sip. Pow! Loved it. The mint tea was perfect. My only regret there is that I didn't have more. After lunch I asked to see the tray of treats they have on the bar. She gave me a quick tour of what was on display and left it on our table along with tongs. I chose a Turkish delight - rose!
