I decided to hire John from The Wash Bucket to come and give the place a deep clean in the bathroom and kitchen, wash the carpets and overall sanitize the place since I had COVID earlier and needed a receipt showing that the apartment was safe for entry. John arrived in the time frame given to me and did a very thorough job. The bathroom looked like noone had ever used it before. It was beautiful. In the kitchen, he even moved the refrigerator to get behind and underneath it. John was not only efficient and thorough but he was friendly, kind and the price was fair. I would highly recommend John from The Wash Bucket for your cleaning needs and for any apartment move outs.

It began flaking immediately. They touched it up 3 times, but it just kept on flaking. I gave up, but now we wanted to sell our house, and it looked awful (see photos). The Final Coat told me it was out of warranty and was not their problem. I offered to split the cost with them in some manner, as I realize it's been 5 years now. They told me they would only redo it for full price. I had Deck Rescue redo it, it cost $1800, and our deck now looks fine. If The Final Coat had told me it would cost $3600 to redo and they would split it with me, I would have paid them the $1800. I also think that after retouching 3 times in 2019 they should have checked back with me to see if it was alright. If you are considering using Final Coat, I would think twice about it.
