They emailed saying they would get with finance to get it taken care of, and then never responded to repeated follow up emails. Here's the last email I got from Kolby... "I was overly booked the last couple of days. I will forward this to the person who is in charge of payments/finance. Thanks for filling me in here". I sent four follow up emails to Kolby - silence. When I escalated to Luke, he emailed once, then nothing after I followed up with him, either. Just utter silence. Very disappointed with their performance and their integrity.

I hop on the Google Meets link, wait there for 15 more minutes and nobody showed up to that either. Basically wasted 30 minutes of my time and I'm extremely busy as a business owner.
