Quick responses to any questions, willing to brainstorm and give excellent ideas on directions with the site, and very capable in understanding and implementing our vision of what the site should do. Additionally, I have appreciated Chris and the team not short changing us on the depth of the feature set we need in this site. They have never cut corners or tried to persuade us to go a certain direction because it would save them effort. They charged me $1000 to deliver on a one page landing page that I could have designed myself. They have no idea of what they are doing. All of the employees I met with ended up knowing less about the process of google ads than I did myself. In the end, they caught me on a technicality and even after agreeing to cancel my contract thet ran my credit card. Oh they also took it upon themselves to satrt a new google adds dashboard, even though I have had one in place for years, and they used my personal credit card for ads instead of asking my how I wanted google ads billed. AMATEURS TO THE CORE!
