They have helped me duplicate/transfer videos, slides, cassette tapes, photos, etc. for years. It's…read morenot inexpensive, but worth it for irreplaceable memories. Plan ahead because it takes awhile (days/weeks/months depending on the job). They are professionals. Open Mondays through Fridays 10 am - 6 pm.

This gem is like stepping right into 1998, a great little locally owned place to get DVDs made or…read moreget a scrapbook printed. BUT....they are way behind modern technology. Also, be prepared to wait 20 minutes to an hour upon walking in just to get to talk to the person behind the desk, even if there's only one person ahead of you, because usually the person ahead of you is elderly and getting an in depth explanation of the difference between a slide show and a "playable DVD" all the while repeating "I'm not a computer person". One time there were 2 men in the lobby having a conversation about how "computers are the sign of the end of times". I had to come back twice, and all 3 times in their store included a monster wait. An easy fix would be if the technician in the back could come up and help take payments or whatnot when there is a slowdown, but I believe this place probably prides itself in taking its good ole time. The waiting area has an audio file of their radio advertisement playing on repeat, enough to drive a person nuts. But there are LDS ensign magazines and boy scout quarterly to read. BIG PLUS there is a shark tank! (one reason why this is not a 1 star review) So basically, this place is a great resource for retired folks, that have all the time in the world, that need help getting their old Kodak slides transferred onto a CD-ROM, or putting together a big memorial scrapbook or slideshow. They will be helpful, nice and friendly. But if you have an easy job, and don't have an hour in the middle of the day to waste, once on dropping off, and again on picking up a week or two later, or an extra trip when you realize they don't understand file sharing, Costco might be your answer. I have since discovered that they would have done my job for about $15. Let's just say that this place has a particular type of customer who probably loves them, but it aint me. P.S. They actually don't have the capability to go VHS to digital file, if that's what you're looking for. I had to pay for VHS to DVD and then DVD to my thumb drive. So for a 20 minute video of my brother in a school play ended up costing me almost 40 bucks plus the cost of purchasing a new thumb drive, because they didn't know how to share the MP4 with me in any other way (like email or Google Drive or Dropbox).
