On the one hand, if you want a local company to handle things for you and you want one of the…read morebiggest little companies around in the sign and banner and display marketing biz, you've got the right folks. But the bigness of the company almost works against them. One of the reasons I often choose local companies is because of the kind of service and attention I get. When you order with them, there's a real push to do it online. That's great if you know what you need and what you're doing, but for someone who doesn't have this stuff made every couple of months it could be difficult and you may find the service at a smaller shop to be more up your alley. In a world where online printing companies are now super, super, UBER cheap it's often going to be more affordable to just send it off to Texas or California, even with shipping. I mean, if I'm submitting it all online anyway it becomes a pure price game. The good news is that they are local and real people do work there, so you can work a little closer with them if you need to. They've been around a long time and can handle just about any size project. And it's not just banners--they do tablecloths, car wraps, stand up banners, window banners (decals? wraps?) and a whole host of other promotional or products. Give the website a whirl if you're curious, but realize that if you're going to get a banner or project done just online, you can do a little research and save some money. Hopefully they'll be willing to walk you through it if you go in or pick up the phone.

After manning a table at a couple of events I was hooked and sought to improve the professionalism of our presence. The first thing I needed was signage with a stand. A Google search led me to Sugar House which had the largest selection of banner fabrics and stands, I designed what at that time was an awesome piece, they did a beautiful job of printing it, it arrived in plenty of time for my next event, and the durable banner and stand continue to serve me well. Their after-sale service was incredible - I received several emails asking if everything was to my satisfaction and requesting a photo of my banner in action. This photo is still on their website! They're not the cheapest, but you can't beat their quality, selection and service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for full-service banner work.

Jeffrey went out of town to this conference, leaving the very important print job in the hands of AMT and the intern in charge of picking it up and distributing it. I'll spare you the drama and we'll dive into the happy ending. There wasn't one. Poor intern nearly in tears, me on a phone from somewhere in Colorado, and things didn't quite come together. Well, I'm a forgiving man. And the low prices at AMT help me to be forgiving. So I dropped off another project there not too long ago. It had been years and I was ready to give it a go again. I gave it plenty of time, and when it came time to pick up the job it was ready and waiting. Print quality on the cards was pretty good. This isn't a cut-and-dry print shop. Do a little bargaining and you may get a better price than what's quoted. On the flipside, they quote all kinds of ridiculous prices. So read the fine print and make sure you qualify for them. Know before you go and you may get a sweet deal. But don't expect it all to be as easy as 1-2-3. If you don't mind cruising garage sales and dickering with flea market folks, you've found your new digital print shop.

Walker has literally called you off other phone numbers that were not mine or his and then you would finally answer. Its just very strange that instead of trying to make this right you decide to respond to my yelp review instead. Once again, very unprofessional. Also, the other company you referred me to doesn't even provide the service that I was looking for and that why we came back to you and I told you that over the phone. You also still have one of our original shirts we gave you to color match the new order we placed since you did the other ones a different color, so we thought we might as well try one more time. That was obviously a mistake. But what really set off your terrible service today is how you spoke to me over the phone. You're rude and can't take accountability. You told me over and over again that it would take a week and you'd call me. A week would go by and you would never call which then forces me to CALL YOU. The only thing you should be irritated about is how your follow through is horrid and that you need to work on dealing with customers a lot better. I've done nothing but communicate respectfully with you and I couldn't even get that back in return. I wasn't calling every other day, I would call when YOU TOLD ME it would be ready. And when I called, it never was. When you talk about meeting me at Office Depot to give us our items it was because you didn't have it completed in a timely manner (once again) and I needed it. So you brought it to me because you dropped the ball on that. And this "bill" you claim was unpaid for 5 months was never even sent to us. You never called or texted us once and when I searched for it in our emails it was no where to be found. You couldn't even pull it up on your end so I'm starting to think you never even sent it. We only became aware of it because we came in to place another order and when you told us that we took care of it. Don't act like we were trying not to pay you. Ha! It was like $100. Lastly, if your company cannot function in a timely manner and if you continue to not have "enough inventory" then don't even take us on as a customer or simply communicate that this will take you 3 months to get a small order done. All you've done was waste our time and then catch an attitude when you're in the wrong and then referred me to a company that doesn't even do what I needed. I hope in the future you can conduct yourself in a more honest and righteous manner. Rude, unprofessional, and a liar! The owner there (Matt) constantly lies about when he would have things done and when I would call to follow up he would always have a bad attitude and get upset that I was calling. We've made several orders with him before and he always dropped the ball and would always ignore our calls. It got so bad that we had to call off of another number and then he would answer right away not knowing it was us. This last order was literal on shirt and two beanies that we ordered the week before Thanksgiving. It is now 12.9.22 and he still hasn't gotten it done and was rude and unprofessional when I call to follow up on it today. We tried to support another local business but unfortunately bad business is BAD BUSINESS!
