Great facility at Kennesaw State University. One gets the feeling that you are at a professional stadium.

This is such a nice clean stadium here in Kennesaw. They are bringing more and more events, which is great for Kennesaw. It seemed it was always closed just 2 years ago. I went to a huge color party they had, a hot air balloon fest and the World Cup Qualifying match for US v. Uruguay for Rugby. Definitely nice to see options for different activities in the town. They also do not mess around with the cleanliness. The picture I posted was an hour after there were about a thousand people there.

There are several different parks for different sports. There were other tournaments going on at the same time. This place was nice! Parking was decent considering competitions going on back to back all day. I left and came back to get food and was able to get a closer parking spot. Check in was great, with the members of Karate Atlanta. Everyone was nice while under pressure to accommodate the number of people in the building. Bleachers wasn't too bad I had no issues. Concession stand was expensive but decent if your hungry. I had no complaints. I'm sure we will be back!

No real parking lot yet so we parked in a big field covered in gravel, for a minimal fee. I assume paved parking is still in the works. There was a small lot in front, but it wasn't for us regular folks. Everything is still nice and brand new. Huge bathrooms. Since it's a boy's tournament, the ladies room stayed clean and mostly empty. The usual concession stands, but with airport prices. There is a lot of development going up around it, but Chick-fil-a and Wendy's are already open right across the street. I was surprised by what a picturesque setting it is. It looks like they made an effort to keep as many of the giant trees as undisturbed as possible. Really beautiful.

For what it is, the KSU Convocation Center is an okay basketball arena for a school (Kennesaw…read moreState) that just completed its move to NCAA Division I athletics last year. KSU has a mid-major basketball program and is a member of the Atlantic Sun conference. Like other mid-majors, KSU's basketball arena is small with a capacity of 4,600. It's also home to the school's women's basketball and women's volleyball teams. It opened in 2005. I was in attendance last night when a record crowd of 4,784 filled the gymnasium to watch Kennesaw State's first ever home basketball game against a school from one of the six "power" conferences (ACC, Big East, Big Ten, Big 12, SEC and Pac-10). The arena does not have a JumboTron, ribbon board, or box score or stat displays. Instead, it just has a simple LED display for the score, fouls, and timeouts remaining for each team, and a one-sided shot clock above either backboard. What the arena lacks in technology is more than made up for by the raucous students and fans who come to support their beloved Fighting Owls. As you can imagine, because of the smaller size of the venue, it's easier for the fans to make the environment loud and even intimidating for the opposition. This certainly proved the case as the Owls beat my Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in convincing fashion. The Convocation Center has a good sound system and funny owl hooting sound effects were played throughout the duration of the game. The lower level of the arena is reserved chairback seating, while the upper deck is general admission (sit anywhere) bench seating (no backs). Concession prices are a bit cheaper than bigger college campuses (e.g. only $2 for a hot dog instead of $4). It was a drafty building and some people got so chilly that they left at halftime to get jackets from their cars. Free parking was available in the school's large parking decks. While not as big or fancy as the arenas that belong to many of the major college programs, the KSU Convocation Center is just fine for the Fighting Owls.

This place is pretty big and not too far from the mall with a great view. A lot of parking spaces usually where there is an event here they have the concession stand up and running and small business selling items as well, depending on what the event consist of. Again, this particular event brought me here because of the jobs there so there were pros and cons lots of volunteers and people to help assist, but if you ask me, it could've been a lot a lot a lot more more organized it lacked badly . I'm not sure if it was not enough volunteers or enough directions that went around the job fair started at 9 AM. It was over at 3 PM. I arrived at around noon made it in pretty quickly and I was instructed where to go. After that, you were pretty much left to fish for yourself no real signs on what was being 100% offered or if you should join the line no information about how many people they were looking to hire per each position or what kind of background would be needed we were just told pretty much. It's a job fair and had to mingle for ourselves.

Two of my favorites are WINTER JAM 2024 & Hockey games with my husband. This stadium has excellent appeal and is easy to get to. Parking is abundant both outdoor and garages. I can say I have had seats midway in the decks all the way to floor seats center. The massive screens allowed me to never miss a shot or singer. This arena offers season tickets for the hockey fan. Or VIP meet & greets for the music lovers in us all.

Indeed, the state-of-the-art architecture, including the retractable roof, 360-degree scoreboard, and excellent sightlines from most seats. We found the restrooms accessible on each level. A variety of food choices are available at each concourse level. Use the stadium's interactive concession map (available on the Mercedes-Benz Stadium app or official website listings), which shows all food vendors by section -- including vendor type symbols that mark vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly options. At ATL Fan Fare healthier options include Buffalo cauliflower wraps and vegan hot dogs. and salads. The ATL Grill offers a portobello mushroom burger. Mercedes-Benz Stadium partners with local Atlanta restaurants to bring authentic city flavors into the venue, often at prices comparable to the actual restaurants so you're not just eating stadium food, you're tasting Atlanta. My niece enjoyed Hibachi at so:ko:me and my sister and enjoyed a burger at Atl grill. There are many well-known restaurants like Moe's Fox Bros Williamson Brothers, Big Dave's cheesesteaks, Chick-fil-A, etc. available as well as dessert and beer places. The stadium has many escalators to get to your seats and handrails when climbing if you have seats that are far up in your section. The seats themselves are comfortable but the walking aisle is narrow. If you sit near the middle of a row know that you will have to stand to let others in and out of your row. Because if inflation and rising ticket prices, the best non premium seats are in the 200 level: 210-213, 236-239) . These seats offer the best balance of price and viewing. However, if you are on a budget good seats can be had in the upper 300 level: (310-313, 336-339) . These sections offer a good view of the huge Halo board for play replays and interactive games provided by stadium staff during the game. Here are a few tips to make sure your game day experience goes well: Most fans recommend taking MARTA rail (Blue/Green lines) to the GWCC/State Farm Arena or Vine City stations, which drop you right at the stadium. It avoids heavy parking traffic and costs. If you must drive, reserve your spot through apps like ParkMobile ahead of time to guarantee a lot and avoid congestion. Independent apps like Prked can also rent private driveways near the stadium and save time. Avoid bringing large bags -- clear, small bags only are allowed, and having none gets you through security faster. Download the Official Atlanta United / Mercedes-Benz Stadium app to find your seat, locate food & restrooms, see points of interest, and even mobile order concessions. In short, Mercedes-Benz Stadium offers a fan-friendly experience with excellent transit access, affordable food, electric supporter culture, and nearby entertainment options, making it one of the top sports venues to visit in the U.S.

I usually park a few blocks from here for free at a meter headed down town. You might have to walk a bit which I don't mind. But, it's easier leaving. The concerts that come here have always been entertaining. The rodeos are always fun to attend too. The concession stand over charged me for what I got. I showed them the sign behind them of what they should be charging. The sign reads; nachos, hot dog and coke $8. But they charged me $9. Why do people have to go this. They know the prices. So, it doesn't hurt to check the prices before you pay here. They did refund me in cash the difference but the one that did it, did not apologize and looked away the whole time I was talking to her manager. So, my guess is that it was on purpose. I'm just saying. I will not be going back to that concession stand. I'm going to Tacomac instead, then I'll come here. In summary, they do get good acts to come here. They also have great events.
