They offer plenty of parking, outside in front and they have a garage as well. Elevators are available to enter the check in front desk and lounge or you can choose the stairs. The back door from the lobby opens right up to a bridge across the river and next to The Forum (a convention center / event space) and then next to the main downtown strip (Broad St) with plenty of things to do such as shops, bookstores, and restaurants. Hotel rooms were new, clean, comfortable. TV was a little small but mostly full cable selection, ability to watch YouTube, HBO and HBO MAX for free, login required for Netflix and Amazon prime video. Hotel offered parking for free, has a deck attached and outside parking as well. Cannot speak to the food options - did not order or eat anything at the hotel restaurant. Of note: parking in front goes into a lobby, stairs or elevator up to the next floor is required for the main lobby to check in. It was a bit confusing coming in figuring out where to go. Negatives: surrounding area is mostly construction sites for now, so the view out of the window was just a construction zone. I'm sure it would look much better after the construction is completed.

These are things the mother of the bride should not be stressing over and doing the morning of her daughter's wedding. Especially when I paid $2,400 for owner/wedding planner of her venue to make sure everything went seamless! We made the best of the day, but it was not the experience we had hoped for!! You want your daughter's special day to be everything she had hoped and dreamed of!! Not for her to say every time she speaks of her wedding. "looking back I wish we would have picked a different venue"! If this was my venue, the flower pots would not be bare and brown, clear umbrellas would be there for use if necessary, and a tent would be available for the bride to rent in the event of rain.

There are over 5000 acres of land for camping, etc. There did not appear to be any wildlife on the grounds, which is why they were able to hold a festival here, but I'm sure if you were to go deeper into the woods you will find some! The only reason I am not giving it a perfect five stars is because signage and parking option layout is almost impossible to navigate. It also gets super muddy after it rains and with the amount of walking you will do to get around the premises, that could become bothersome. It's truly in the middle of nowhere- only two gas stations, two hotels, and a waffle house within 15 miles or so.

We were served tea sandwiches, scones, and pastries. The room is decorated very nicely, with a Harry Potter theme since it's October. There are hats to use for pics, if desired. Next to the dining room is the store where you can sample and purchase various teas, if desired. The staff were excellent. Both ladies were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend visiting any chance you get.
